I know I asked this like weeks ago and got mixed results. Anyway I seem to have bought her without realizing it, so I may as well try to figure her out. Everyone says she's underpowered, but anyone who can wreck Sion in lane has got to have something going for them, lol. | ||

Yeah, cass ripped Tap's sion a new hole to rage out of solo top. Her twin fang with rylais is a lot like urgot's q when he has you locked on. Really I feel she's a lot like urgot in that sense since she has a pretty strong early game. | ||

Someone recommended mpen/mana/mana/mana, but if u get cdr glyphs and run 9/0/21 u will cap cdr with glacial shroud which is rly nice imo. And it feel rly underwhelming to just get mana seals and quints (and he obv doesnt need mana regen).. Currently running armor seals and hp quints to help his laning before catalyst. Any suggestions? | ||

For reference, scaling mana yellows catch up to flat at level 6, with level 8 for blue, and level 9 for quints. I've been experimenting with first item alot and havent really found a favourite, alot of the time I can get away with a dblade but it doesnt seem very safe vs. someone who actually harasses you in lane. One game I opened regrowth->philo stone and it actually seemed pretty good, didn't have to buy as many pots or go b for mana between my gank rounds, philo stone doesn't seem ad carryish enough though, might start running mp5s. Anyways tl;dr What's a good runesetup & item build for twitch. | ||

Doesn't synergize at all... Tiamat deals physical splash and ignores the BR/Malady procs for the damage calculation. For that money you could get 4 Tiamats total and hit for 300 + 600 per splash proc (and Twitch gets tons of splash procs). (if you troll, do it properly) | ||
