EPT"XYZ Tier" means nothing as it changes with every person you ask. We just got Srey's list and ETC wasn't S-Tier. He wasn't even Tier 1, and I agree with that.
ETC is a great counter and is easily countered in draft. It's probably the best warrior bottom pick for a draft (with Cho). That's also why he gets so much 2nd bans.
S-Tier = top priority pick in draft. Ming & KT are just this (dunno about Tracer). ETC can be wrecked in draft, especially if picked early. Johanna and Muradin are the best impossible-to-counter-tanks. I don't mean they're the best. They're the "you can't ever go wrong picking them solo tank" warriors.
edit: Let's not forget Leoric. Pretty sure he'll be a priority pick with the incoming buff.
