First game it was 19%, lost a straight race. Second game 67% after we teamwipe them at our core and kill their boss, but their catapaults kill the core before we can clean them up. Most frustrating thing about this change - losing games you don't deserve to to catapaults that do 5% damage per hit. | ||

In the end I couldn't even come here to brag about how I destroyed him and that I can destroy any of you (I cannot, really ^^), so fuck this game. :-D Jokes aside it was great meeting another TL board fellow. that game was so good, i was so glad to have u on our team cuz i knew you'd bring the whole team together as soon as i saw ur nickname... we talked so much that game, and everyone understood what their role was. u had a very conservative approach, and luckily, u had 1 guy in party with u, and i had 1 guy with me on TS, so only our fifth could be over aggro - which thankfully he wasnt. in the end, their team was being more careless, and we took easy win. 3 highlights for me: 1) i have to fill with support. rehgar not taken, i show him, uther, tyrande. you immidiately said "your best", so ofc i show tyrande. no rage for tyrande solo support, and later everyone respecting the fact i needed 10/13 to burst heal, so no overextensions early game. lovely, made me so happy... 2) we take punisher, i go soak top lane. u warn us about zeratul on map. i see his shade, but am not impressed with his skill so far. i decide to go more further than i should, sure i can hit my stun+vulnerable+sustain thru heal. he engages me, i stun, he blinks, i miss, and die. u say "lets just be more aware of zeratul presence", no rage, or nothing. 3) zera take shadow assault ult, ults twice on me in 2 fights. we win them, or at least trade with them, but i insta-die (taking him with me tho thru stun+vulnerable). i ask for protection, since we had 2 tanks with CC. u say "sorry, my bad" and next fight, u protect me. he doesnt ult on me rest of the game, but goes for our DPS. we win fight every time... next game, u were having issues that i have when i play ETC. ppl just wont let me engage, and have 0 patience. so i mostly have to use my slide to save someone, and then cant position well to get a good mosh pit. ofc they blame me cuz "y u no use ability with 120sec cooldown randomly"... i feel like u had the same problem, always having to slide to save someone, instead of engaging for ur team. u outdrafted us, but lost. i was forced into muradin, even tho im really confident as johana vs etc. but it didnt matter, cuz ur team was too YOLO anyhows, i was placed d4, went down to p4, and now on 24-1 winning streak. ive disscused it in MMRhell myth thread, problem is mostly communication for me. when ppl ignore draft chat, i basically go on full tilt whole game... that, or someone raging cuz one lost team fight while all 3 keeps alive. cant help it... im back to plat1, hope i can climb back  | ||

I really should have protected you more from start, I guess Arthas (what a GOOD pick, he really countered their aggro) thought it was my role, and it was, but I needed to hear it. The one to blame was me, but I took long to realize. After that, yes let's say his game was over. Next game was 100% as you said. My friend with Kerrigan and I didn't engage properly, the other people were kinda potatoish, and of course would blame me for not mosh suiciding into 5 stuns opponents. You had sustain, we had dive, we didn't dive properly, you played your game according to plan (people focus Muradin SO MUCH) we got wrecked. | ||

Got paired with idiots today. We have 2 squishies and Jo (me), they have Greymane. I beg our Sylvanas to not take her (Tower of Doom, one of her worst maps imo). She doesn't talk in draft, locks her. The 5th guy insta lock Tyrande. I ask Tyrande to play safe after lots of idiots positioning. Get insulted, a lot. We managed to carry Sylv, don't ask me how, despite her uselessness and feeding (8 death). Next game she's on the opposite team. I tell my team she sucks and probably'll take Sylv no matter what. She does, dies 2 times in the first minutes and feeds all game. We won in 10 minutes 41 seconds on spiders (hotslogs says 11:32 but I'm sure of what I saw on the score screen), she died 5 times. They also had one hell of a potato playing Uther. I understand I'm not the best EU player, but really Blizzard, I'm supposed to be on the same level as that guy ? I'll go cry somewhere, don't mind me. also: idiot anub araks everywhere (vs us), picking him vs no mages, diving 1st with burrow (2 different players, 2 idiots), Nova picked vs our tanky team (we had 1 Zag but...). Retard picks everywhere, fortunately mostly on the other team. | ||

As with any map she's a snowball an advantage type hero. If you're ahead, you can get a belltower and just ride a constant xp/tower lead with her. She has decent poke for the altars, can solo the camps, helps kill the boss fast. Pretty useful. It's not as strong for her as BoE or Shrines, but still good. | ||

She's often poorly picked, regardless of the map, regardless of your team or the enemy team. I'm 100% sure you're not one of them. And when I get a good one, I know it 30 secs in. Easy to tell. But on ToD I think Zag and Nazeebo does all Sylv does better. If there's a big boss who can push, Sylv can become a monster. In today's common "let's all go mid for a stupid 5v5", if you all go top or bot, it's 1 dead tower before opponent even reacts, maybe more. But on a map where there's no pushing boss, very open to gank map, and versus Sylvanas-eater AKA Greymane, when you already have 2 squishies, it's a terrible pick. It manages to not adapt to the map, to its team, and to the opponent. But I admit 90% of the problem comes from the player, not the hero herself. That guy (and the insulting Tyrande) are not clickable on hotslogs, so I guess they got banned. Too bad I wanted to check their history. | ||

Edit - to join the channel, just type /join teamliquid into the chat channel thing. Currently I only see me, EJ and Internet (who is always there, but idk who he is) in there. I'm just playing vs AI at the moment. | ||

Well, I don't know for sure, but I reported them, and then I couldn't click on them on hotslogs, so maybe they had a HL ban ? Maybe it's something else. I also think that if you report someone for abusive chat, the server parses all its messages in that game, and if it finds insults it bans the person. NOT SURE AT ALL but it's been several times where I noticed some abusive chat reports had some weight. All of this is just me thinking, take it with a huge grain of salt. Larkin > I have to admit, got a few GOOD Sylvs recently, and she's topping hotslogs and Srey's list. Makes me want to play her again, to put that ranger Sylv skin to use. edit: so much idiots today... They have 4 front (Kerrigan), vs Mura (me), Rehgar Lunara and another DPS. We all ask the 5th guy to get a warrior because we out DPS them. He gets Tychus. I get the logic, but no. Not vs Kerrigan 2 warriors Uther. Not when you have Lunara. He dies more than everyone (8 death, the team was at 5) of course, and su ck hard. | ||

I mean seriously, grandmaster that in first match doesn't ban sylv on battlefield of eternity, proceeds to lose in 10 minutes mostly due to not banning sylv. The following game.. same guy on infernal shrines, still hasn't learned his lesson. Does not ban sylv, well whoop-di-doo, guess who lost another game in convincing fashion. I'm starting to doubt anyone but those playing this for a living know shit about the game. Auriel 2nd pick with no synergies heals 9k in 9 minutes of game. "You're just doing no damage omg how can you be so stupid? I can't heal if you do no damage." Yeah I'm sure that was the issue. After taking a quick visit to diamond, I was greeted by the following: 1st pick tracer, 2nd pick auriel, 3rd pick chromie, 4th pick tychus (I lastpicked muradin) On cursed hollow vs Li ming, Brightwing, Arthas, Greymane, Abathur. Was a fun game. People draft like fucking retards and blame others for losing the game. | ||
