Does Battle momentum and Hardened focus reduce the cooldown for Innervate? I assume not as Innervate is called a Trait not a basic ability, but I can't find any answer on the subject. | ||

Definitely, I was by no means attempting to map out all the possibilities, just some general ones. Not everyone has blink and there are 10 levels before blink is unlocked where pyroblasts happen. | ||
