It allows Ravage to heal you for 10% and free of mana if you kill something (anything, even walls) with it. Initially I went for Grasp + Envenom like everyone else but in QM if you don't have a healer it means Kerrigan walks around at half health a lot of the time. So instead I went for Siphon and Clean Kill. This turns every creep wave into a health/shield source since I can just weaken them a bit first and then pounce for 10% health at no mana cost. Ravage instantly resets if it kills anything so I can just Grasp a creep wave and then pounce them all one by one, giving me a big heal or filling the shield to max instantly. It also just adds a little damage against creeps/mercs since you can finish them off earlier without wasting mana and Ravage does decent damage. The only downside is that there is no Grasp range or Envenom so you trade some damage potential for sustainability. I suppose if you have a dedicated healer you could do without but I find it so useful for staying at full health in a lane. Anyone else tried this? | ||

And honestly the bots in this game are quite good. If you know how to ping them around, they can be more useful than the guy who played the hero :3 | ||

I'm guessing the number was lower than expected and Blizzard ain't saying a thing. With Blizzard pumping out more and more content each year in all of their various universes.. sooner or later they are going to have a commercial failure. and i think Heroes of the Storm is going to be just that.. Blizzard's first commercial failure. Fortunately, they can move the people working on Heroes onto other projects.. like folding and counting all the money they are making with Hearthstone and WoW. | ||

LoL and to a lesser extent Dota2 customer bases are too entrenched. ATVI falls all over themselves to reveal WoW, Diablo, and Starcraft sales totals. It'll be interesting to see waht ATVI reveals about Heroes' revenue. My guess is we'll never hear a thing because the player base is small. | ||

I actually kinda prefer to pick near the end, I may have less chance playing the hero I want to play, but at least I'll fill a need for the team and you can't rely on everybody doing that unfortunately, at least not while I work my way through the plebe tier. | ||

First of all promotion and promotions ending doesn't mean the game is doing bad, and since they said on the very reveal.of the founders pack that it would be available for a limited time I don't worry too much. Release is also rapidly approaching, and probably blizzard want to avoid any complain about "what? I just bought it and now you announce the open beta?" It is also probable that sales have fallen off, because well, its been more than 3 months since they announced it and probably most people that would have bought it have it by now. And as most people with beta access will tell you it seems like everyone and their mother has bought skins or mounts so, it doesn't seems a failure, but hard to tell e who would have bought a | ||
