I assume you're talking about the ult into the stun bomb.

Bonus value if your teammates also have AoE to wombo combo even harder.

At lvl 20 Stormbolt does 240 + whatever you have had stacked (normally by that point, atleast +100) Thunderclap does 210 (630 on a single target, 315 reverberation) With reverberation a Q+W Rewind Q+W combo would do (340+630+315) · 2 = 2230 plus whatever autoattacks you get through (which do 194 damage at that lvl). Just for comparison, Valla at lvl 20 has 2790 and most assassins are around that number).

I thought fine, only 3 enemies for the rest of my team those 2 here can't zone me out to well, should be good for us. Was so soaked up in staying alive, that I didn't notice any tribute and the other 2 never left ... then my team got cursed and I was like wtf ? Might have been better to leave my lane and let them kill the fort while we control the other 2 lanes and zone them out, the exp radius isn't to big, who knows really what the best play is. Some compositions can still work if behind in levels, some absolutely don't. There is a ton of depths to laning still even if there is no last hitting. Soaking exp is the savest option but not the ultimate truth Imo. If you had 2 opponent heroes in your lane the whole time then it's on your team for not being able to win the tribute fights 4v3 IMO. In that situation I think I'd stay and soak too unless the tribute was really close to my lane.

Gazlowe's effectiveness purely depends on how well he is played, and he can range from being useless to being by far the best hero in the game. A few things that can make Gazlowe really OP: - Starting a fight where you have turrets up already - Starting a fight when you have a fully charged laser - Landing Ult + bomb combo - Landing Ult wombo combo with another hero Gazlowe's options are kinda hard to pull off, and he doesn't do much outside of those options, but his options are so very strong. I think he's the only hero in the game that can potentially 1v5 an enemy team.

Any recommended VODs out there that might make me change my mind? Khaldor's YT VOD section is what u are looking for. He's casting tourneys and uploading em. Also take a look at Grubby's stream, he's doing this a lot in evenings and I rly enjoying watching him.

Any recommended VODs out there that might make me change my mind? Generally I don't enjoy watching matches as much as in SC2, but I really enjoy watching Grubby play. I like hearing how he thinks about the game. When he streams, he plays a wide variety of heroes so you get insight on how he plays each one. I like his guides too, because he explains about a character, then plays a practice game and shows you how he would select his talents on-the-fly. If I'm not going to be playing the game, I want to be thinking about how I can play it better at a high level. I haven't looked at a lot of the information that's out there, but I trust Grubby as a source in-so-far as his judgements are generally extremely good and he's open to being wrong. For me, that makes him an indispensable resource in a sea of opinion. EVEN IF he's wrong, he explains the reasoning behind what he thinks, so no matter what, you have the opportunity to think critically and to learn. I can't recommend Grubby enough, watching him play HotS has really made me a fan of his. Grubby's One-Stop Hero Guides: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLD0UJYil0pceFfUbfv-Wv08CH7D46dsMz

I like seeing all the action since there tends to be a lot of skirmishes all around, very little downtime. So far I have different experience. Watching pro matches is boring to me, and this is pretty much the only game where I prefer to play the game instead of watching pros play it. If some player is streaming that is fine, but most of the pro games I've seen have a lot of PvE and very little to no PvP, resulting in me turning off the stream/VOD before it ends. When I see the game of 15-20 minutes that has 5 kills in total and very little action it really deflects me from watching it any further. That being said, I haven't watched some huge number of games, maybe I've picked wrong ones though.

Yeah, i actually saw that after writing that. And i also saw that with muradin you can do the same thing... I wonder if you can pull enemies with hook if you take the talent that it can hit two targets....I don't think it will, but ill try it on try mode.

That being said, i still like to watch heroes of the storm, but i guess that comes down as personal preference.. What I remember from watching SC2 a few years ago was that much of the time was spent building up a huge army before a huge fight which might decide the game or lead to another period of building more units. That to me doesn't sound like a design to make it fun to watch. It is actually very similar to the farming in MOBAs. I think it mostly comes down to what game you find more interesting on a competitive level. HotS feels too simple for me to enjoy watching, but maybe it becomes more interesting if/when the competitive scene becomes more developed.

That to me doesn't sound like a design to make it fun to watch. It is actually very similar to the farming in MOBAs. It is indeed comparable to farming, and noone enjoys watching those games where nothing happens. However, it was only really during late 2012 where the meta favored such extreme passive play. Normally you see engagements quite frequently. From my perspective, you can have as much action as you want in a game, but if I don't really care for the outcome and I can't really be impressed with the execution, then it isn't very fun to watch. That was why Sc2 usually is quite viewerfriendly as it's very easy to identify skill (unlike MOBA's). In League, fans will usually phrase their esports-interest in a different way; They will say that they enjoy following the scene rather than neccesarily just watching games. Instead, the appeal is to look at how various players perform and then discuss the weak and strong links of various teams and what needs to occur in the offseaon. This way you start to care about which team wins and how each player performs. In HOTS, on the other hand, I have never been able to see the appeal.
