This card doesn't help consistency since it has no synergy with anything that's not the circle. Jokes on you if you plan to use it along Flash Heal / Far Seer as a "combo". It seems like the only people who liked Embrace the Shadow are the ones who don't main priest.
We are 20 minutes away from getting a card that'll probably help dragon priest massively. Sure its not the control priest that people enjoy but its still a deck priest excel at using and will probably be a top tier deck in standard given it doesn't lose much. Sure control priest looks shaky right now but combo priest and dragon priest look like they'll be much better.

priest is my most played class, i love him and hate him since he has been midtier for most of the time.
as edited in the post above (which you did not yet see), i dont think priest is in a good spot, and i dont think that this card will save him. but it IS a nice addition to the priest arsenal and there are still some cards to be released.
*edit: "him" beeing control priest, thats what the talk is about. dragon priest is strong and will be VERY strong in standard.

My point was the card isn't designed for control priest but for combo priest and looking at a class as only 1 archetype is somewhat unhealthy for the game.

Dragon decks were already poised to take over with Standard mode, this card will cement it, very very scary as an endgame threat.

very lazy naming imo but the card itself seems very strong and exciting, as someone that likes Dragon/big dude decks.

N'Zoth was the one who corrupted Deathwing, was he not? The new Deathwing is also a funny way to cheat the original Deathwing into play when he dies. 12/12's for days.

I am waiting for that Deathwing to bring in classic Deathwing on the board.

Lol thanks for the laugh buddy. I'm ok with being called a Timmy if this card ends up being any good (which I think it will). Even if Big Game Hunter isn't changed this cards effect is still insane.

Being able to control his deathrattle could get some huge Blood Warriors value.

Museum Curator got even better. But yeah, new Deathwing doesn't effect the board immediately, so hard to say if it'll work out as well as it can (though old Deathwing only saw play in niche Warrior builds).

In wild with 1 turn of emperor you can deathwing + reincarnate to immediately flood your board with dragons. If that's the kind of thing you like to do, anyway.
...I would do it so long as I had nozdormu in hand for opponent's WTF mode.
