It'd be stupid not to as it could win you unwinnable games etc etc. In the same vein Yogg Saron is like a 40% chance to win 30% nothing 20% you lose and as a result its honestly not that terrible competitively given it can win you games you have no right to win. | ||

Yogg Saron simulation EG: Swipe: Deal 4 damage to an enemy and 1 damage to all other enemies. Tinker's Sharpsword Oil: Give your weapon +3 Attack. Combo: Give a random friendly minion +3 Attack. Confuse: Swap the Attack and Health of all minions. Holy Smite: Deal 2 damage. Demonfuse: Give a Demon +3/+3. Give your opponent a Mana Crystal. Execute: Destroy a damaged enemy minion. Redemption: Secret: When one of your minions dies, return it to life with 1 Health. Shield Slam: Deal 1 damage to a minion for each Armor you have. Drain Life: Deal 2 damage. Restore #2 Health to your hero. Fireball: Deal 6 damage. | ||

Lol, that's fast, I did a 5 spell standard one: • Eye for an Eye: Secret: When your hero takes damage, deal that much damage to the enemy hero. • Effigy: Secret: When a friendly minion dies, summon a random minion with the same Cost. • Polymorph: Transform a minion into a 1/1 Sheep. • Betrayal: Force an enemy minion to deal its damage to the minions next to it. • Thoughtsteal: Copy 2 cards from your opponent's deck and put them into your hand. It's definitely a card that has to be seen in action to evaluate. I mean unless you really want to run gobs of simulations. Kind of like how the people cautiously optimistic about Mysterious Challenger weren't willing to commit to it being good without seeing it in action first (Savjz tried so many versions of Secret Pally day 1 iirc). | ||

The vast mayority is 0-2 mana, and less than you think involve any kind of damage or attack bonus. The ones that can kill you: Holy Smite, Moonfire, Frost Bolt, ice lance (if frozen), Fireball, Hellfire, Hammer of Wrath, Arcane Shot, Starfire, Shiv, Soulfire, Kill Command, Eviscerate, Dragon's Breath, Lightning Bolt, Lava Burst, Pyroblast, Forgotten Torch, Dark Bomb, Crackle, Lava Shock, Quick Shot, Living Roots and Bash. So roughly 1/10 of a chance to cast a spell that CAN damage yourself, but most of them only do 1-3 damage and need to hit your hero from all possible targets. Hitting your own minions is much more probable, so this card is best played from behind! This card could end up being a pretty good deal! The chance of losing does not seem that high, but idk about the chance of winning either. There will probably be quite some stuff like force of nature into hellfire, animal companion into bashing your own huffer and the likes. I dislike the caotic direction this game is heading. Blizzard often just recycle old spells and minions by adding more weird places where they appear, especially mixing classes. This is the posterboy of that! | ||
