Trump has a few drafts online. He doesn't explain thaaat much, but he does a little. And just his general classification of cards could help you potentially.

Your arena medal is based on the highest number of wins you have earned. 9 wins = grandmaster, 8 wins = master, 7 wins = diamond, etc. Also I believe there are a lot of people who will not reach masters 3 before 200 wins. It seems like everyone here is masters 3 for a couple of reasons. One, normally the type of people who post on forums such as this do their research so they will be better players. And two, people lie on forums all the time. Not to say it isn't too easy to get to 3 star masters right now, but I've seen many cases of people saying they won 5+ games in a row and they can't get to the next rank. So no, the game does not just reward you a star because you won x number of games.

No, only with Mind Vision you can steal cards from your opponent's hand. As a side fact trivia, if your Thoughsteal is golden the 2 copies of your opponent's cards will be golden aswell.

You have to read very carefully sometimes, two mistakes you made there:
it does not steal cards, it copies them
its not his hand, its his deck (into your hand)
Be carefully with the text on the cards, it could cost you some games when u make mistakes like this (for example there are "Damage to all enemies/characters" cards, if you misread and think it does only dmg to the opponent it can be very very bad for you^^

Is there a way to reconnect into a game when you lost your connection? It kind of bothers me to get losses in arena mode for disconnects when i reconnect to the client within 1 minute and cant rejoin my game :-(

This happened to me when I meant to play a minion with taunt and then play the priest minion that gives another minion +3 health. I was already behind and distracted so I played the battlecry minion first. I just used the mistake emote and conceded on the spot.

You start off with a few tutorial games with jaina(mage) (its all very basic and very noob friendly, so if u only watched the invitational its a nice start) After that you get a free pack, and a free arena run, also you can play vs the AI to unlock the basic cards for each of the classes, btw collect all basic cards (so like beating all the AI a bunch of times) will give you i think its 100 gold (not 100% sure) but its pretty nice  for you to do another arena run if u got some gold left over from the first time.
I would suggest if ur just playing, would be to grind all the basic classes till you got all their cards (it will also give you a feel to what cards each of the heros have) eg: you dont have to worry about dying to a pryoblast if ur facing a druid (thats an extreme example but u get the idea )
Plus monk and trump have arena-lists so basiclly u just pick w/e card they rank the highest and try and play with it.

No, it will give a mana crystal in your turn that won't go over the 10 mana limit, so basically at turn 10 you can play it with no donwsides.
