Battle of the Bands 2 Winners!
Whoa! Some serious shit came up last time I was supposed to post the winners of Battle of the Bands 2, so before I even start about #3, let's get back to who won last time!

For all of the entries, you can check out Battle of the Bands 2. The first Battle of the Bands is still up but the files are not. I know at least one of you still has them - please, upload them/give them to me to upload if you do!
Alright, on to Battle of the Bands 3!
This is similar to both previous competitions but, you know, with some changes. All in all, it's pretty simple. If you have any questions at the end of this, just add to the thread and I'll answer ASAP.
The Rules
- Once again, you can submit 10 minutes, 4 songs maximum. Send me the best and we'll want to listen to everything else you have.
- You will send the music to ME. Just like last time, I'll be accepting e-mail submissions only. chobopeon at gmail dot com. This is for fairness of the vote! In the e-mail, make sure you include your username. I won't include that in the voting thread if you give me an alternative name, I just need to know who is submitting.
- As always, you don't have to be in an actual band. You don't have to play any specific genre or in any specific format. We want music, whatever that is. As long as the music is yours, send it to me! That said, covers are fine. The rule regarding covers is simple enough: make it clear that it is a cover and provide a link to the original artist's website.
- The DEADLINE IS DECEMBER 23rd. Previously, we've had deadlines of 1 week and 1 month. I am going to try 2 weeks - we'll see how it goes and we'll adjust as needed.
The Competition
After the deadline is passed, I will set up the voting thread. Within a few days, a thread with all music ready for download and streaming will be up and voting will begin. It will be easy to navigate and view the songs and artists. Votes will be tallied (in a deliberately secretive manner) and we'll have a good time trollin' and praising.

I have some material from my acoustic jazz combo/trio/quatro. I will submit that. And i will finally search my old hard disks for the audio of the first battle of the bands.

man I wish I could enter this twice under two different bands hahaha
I've improved a lot since my entry in the last Battle, but The stuff I'm doing with my friend (gosu guitar player) is just so much better than my solo scrub work... and I'd be pretty silly to not submit my best work.
