Bill Clinton, 1992
followed by JFK, 1960.

Still winnable without Florida, but it puts a big hole in the Biden narrative.

So Trump will likely.do better as time passes.
That's how it is normally yes, just to back up what you heard lol.

Also some commentary saying that Biden's gains with white voters compared to Clinton may buffer him against his losses with Latinos in Florida.

I was very particularly taking about Flordia AND Ohio, but yes.

Clinton lost the so far uncounted Panhandle part by about 220k votes from my count. Based on the lead Biden has right now it wouldn't be enough, so he'll have to have made some significant inroads there.

As far as the Senate races go, I'll probably just look them all up tomorrow or something lol

Biden up by 1.6% in Florida with 77% in.
That's about 160k votes at the moment.

If it's true that mail-in ballots are being counted first, Trump may also gain in the counties that are already mostly reporting.

The Peruvian side of my family, who immigrated here about 20 years ago, mostly support Trump. If there's one thing "Hispanics" can agree on, its that Mexico sucks, sadly. A lot of Hispanic countries want to join the "White" club and specifically targeting Mexicans with racism is an easy way to gain contrast.

I believe this is indeed true, I'd much rather be Trump than Biden if it was a Florida-only race.

The Ohio thing is "no republican has ever won the white house without winning Ohio", iirc.

That's about 160k votes at the moment. If Clinton lost the panhandle by 220k, this is where we'll see if that Indiana rural vote I was referring to earlier will make any difference. I don't expect it to in Florida, the demographics are definitely not the same. Biden has not gotten enough of a swing in the other southern Florida counties to make up for his abysmal showing in Miami-Dade.

That's some sad shit to read and unfortunately it's very true

St. Lucie County in 2016: Trump won 49.5-47.1. Currently with 80% reporting: 52.2-47.2 for Biden. Another county flipped, but will it be enough?

it's both that and I think no incumbent has lost the election. winning both Flordia and Ohio. could be wrong, not a problem.
