Guys...this is really tragic news overall. Yes, this guy will get his freedom if he does choose to stay, but what about his family? I would be worried sick and scared if I was in his situation.

Yeah, i saw a documentary of North Korean workers in Russia, it was like a hostage situation, if they decided to run their family (back in Korea) would suffer the consequences.

Well, that is the price anybody who is looking to escape North Korea has to live with. I don't know about this man, though;he was drunk at the time he escaped and may not have expected this.

He should really be adamant not disclosing his identity or even having his picture published, even the news being widespread is a mistake from S.kor, his family if he has one will suffer A LOT from this.
