my friends told me about a ramen style these days, that seems pretty interesting. Basically, you open the package while u have water boiling, your ramen should come with 2 packages in it, vegetables, and seasoning. Place the seasoning aside, and cook the noodles with the vegetable. When they are both cooked, drain everything but noodles and vegetables. So NO water. put the ramen noodles+veggies back in the pot, and pour seasoning over it. Stir and enjoy! =]

Ham and lettuce w/ cheese 0_o I wish I had known about them in college, when I was eating the horrible Top Ramen/Maruchan. The noodles are so much better, well worth the extra money. Oddly enough, they sell them at my local walmart of all places.

I'm not a sissy when it comes to hot food but Teumsae is really borderline for me. ![]() I've finally tried this! This ramyun is no joke lol it's really spicy and had sweat running down my face ahahaha. It's soooo delicious though and the amount of spiciness to it is perfect. I'm down to two packages ![]() My Korean friends bought me snacks / ramyun when I went to meet them and they were like "Lol bye! It was nice knowing you!" This comment just had me even more excited to try them lol. Seriously if you love spicy then you really should try this!

My method: Nothing fancy or unique but it does give a kick. - less water, more taste - when u feel like u have enough water in the pot, start pouring out a bit - add w/e extra ingredients u would like. I prefer scallions, an egg, and maybe meat if around - cook the noodles, the vegetables first then add the seasoning and extra ingredients MOST IMPORTANT: - add rice when noodles are gone - pass out happy

- Break the Ramen into roughly 3 sections (perpendicular to the noodles) before opening the package. I find it easier to manage the noodle/broth ratio in each spoon this way, but some people think this is heresy. - Drip scrambled egg into the Ramen at the end of the boiling step. Scramble an egg in a bowl (add a bit of water to scramble easier and smoother) then slowly pour the egg into the Ramen a bit at a time. The egg will cook in the boiling water. Stir a bit and don't burn yourself, lol. - Mix in some Kimchi or Sriracha sauce. I like this best in the shrimp/lime/chili flavored Ramen.
