If you mean the episode where they tested cars going trough fruit stands and stuff like that, it was not really remote controlled but towed by a company (at the companys test site) that does that kind of crash tests for living. Im sure the company did knew whats behind the hill. | ||

Edna Carlson was at home with her six-year-old son William when a chunk of shrapnel burst through her front window, bounced off the ceiling, pierced a wall, and finally came to rest in a pantry cupboard. Another fragment passed through J. R. Hingle's garage and home, nearly hitting Mrs. Lilly Willingham as she sat on the couch. A Leona Valley teenager, Larry Kempton, was driving west on Palmdale Boulevard with his mother in the passenger seat when a rocket exploded on the street in front of him. Fragments blew out his left front tire, and put numerous holes in the radiator, hood, windshield, and even the firewall. Miraculously, no one was injured by any of the falling rockets. Explosive Ordnance Disposal teams later recovered 13 duds in the vicinity of Palmdale. It took 500 firefighters two days to bring the brushfires under control. | ||

![[image loading]](http://imgur.com/W6WlL) link Not exactly sure why I can't get the image to show for me but this is a google earth image with measurement to nearest residential area from the most common mythbusters test site. I am not exactly sure if this is the location where the cannon was fired but it the [Probable] location based on the information given. EDIT: Forgot to mention that I can't believe this happened considering the usual safety precautions the mythbusters take. I am really glad that nobody got hurt and I pray that the show won't get canceled or slowed in any way. | ||
