Your location says Iceland but at least one of those is a distinctly french dish. Unless of course you do something different in preparation. But I need to hear more. This has given us Chicagoans the "Italian Beef" and the "Polish Sausage". But what's really great is combining the two main ingredients into one sandwich, and topping it with giardiniera. It's the SuperFan's cuisine of choice. If you can eat it like a sandwich without it falling apart, it wasn't made right. | ||
