After messing around a bit with a War Target who was very cool because he knew how to press the dock button. We get our first official loss of the war against Marsoc Galactic, a Rupture owned by Regrettable. Unfortunately, hes a newer player and he didnt know about the session timer mechanics when undocking (training new players during war time is often hard, you learn the hard way, but oh well, its still a good way to learn and anyways you will end up losing ships sometimes). Kwark then snipes a wartarget in a rifter and fails horribly at killing a drake (herp derp i didnt point him). :D :D. We decide to go back on and mount a pretty decent fleet a bit later. While hunting for war targets, we decide to go around nullsec a bit to see if there is any action to be found. Note should be taken at that point that I have never FC'd in my life, but tonight some people decided it would be a great night for me to learn since Dexx was there and since Kwark doesn't like FC'ing while dualboxing. Everything is going well, we manage to snag a vaga kill and decloak an arazu for a second kill. Dexxus burns out some modules though and goes back to repair them so we sit around trying to probe down some ruptures trolling around us. After a while, Dexxus returns and I decide that it should be a good time to move out since we've been hanging there for a long time. Kwark then informs me that a drake has just jumped in into him and proposes us to go for him. And there I make my first, huge mistake, being totally inexperienced with nullsec I command the fleet to warp back to that gate before asking first to scout on the other side, and what had to happen happens. Fortunately Kwark gets out with his pricey implants and Dexxus and Serg decide not to warp (being the experience players there). Me, Nou, and Abom, all new to nullsec go through with my order and land on a gate that now has 10 players, a mix of frigates, cynabals and some BCs. We wait to get agress and, having no choice, jump on through. To our rather (un)pleasant surprise, we find a full grid of players waiting for us and a nice bubble, in an act of despair we decide to all try to burn out and warp but unfortunately there is just wayyyyyy too much tackle. Abom and Nou manage to get their pods out while my game lags the fuck out of me and I become totally unable to warp the pod out (at least I get a fastway back home, and anyways ''i intented to change those +3 implants for +4s). We end up losing 2 ruptures, 1 cane and 1 pod, which is really not that bad with the terrible call I made. All in all a good night, was a lot of fun. | ||

Kills: Stabber Navitas Rifter(?) Arazu Vagabond First engagement we take a small fleet out to the home system of MARSOC Galactic. Me and Kwark do some scouting and baiting in a Drake (me) and Rapier (Kwark). We proceed to do some nano work outside station, forcing an Amarr BS to dock multiple times, and me 2 volleying a Stabber and a Navitas outside point range (lol). After this we rest up a bit, and go hunting the same way again. We find one of their FCs in his "PvE" Drake, and camp him in for a bit before getting bored and moving on. Some of their pilots were flying around our space in cloaky frigates shortly after, and me and Viceorvirtue decided to skirmish them a little bit in a Stiletto and assault missile Caracal with no kills to show for it. The last fleet of the day was a training op for Caelum Terra, which led us out to 0.0 in search of wartargets. After some indecision about where to go, we found ourselves 1-2 jumps into 0.0 space, where we managed to kill 2 stupid T2 cruiser pilots who jumped through the gate we were "camping". Caelum decided to jump through in his crusier to tackle the Vagabond, and I got somewhat lucky and decloaked close enough to burn and tackle it in my Drake. His buddy in an Arazu then jumped in after him, and decided it would be cool to recloak without moving much. I burned after it in my Drake and successfully decloaked him and tackled him. All in all a great day of fun and PvP! :D (PS- I don't know who-is-who on TL so I'm just using ingame names.) | ||
