No rigs. They seem quite expensive and I'm probably only going to fly this ship for another day or two, so it didn't seem worth it.
What would you suggest I replace the small extender with? When I first got advice they told me medium, but I just couldn't afford the CPU.

Right now I'm stuck on level I missions and just blowing everything away, so getting an eighth rail seems like overkill. Once things get tougher I will though. I have considered that I might make better ISK long run just speeding through missions and never salvaging, not sure though.
Other than the salvager what replacements would you make? Focus on better hull and no shield?
