pretty much anything is kinda wrong. A noob wont be able to kill the stronger clone soldiers because they tank pretty good

I can do it with 300dps in bomber, and a cruiser can get more dps.

Special NPCs sometimes appear in lowsec, with "clone soldier" in their name. They always drop a tag, and tags are worth a lot of isk, especially for the ones from 0.1 and 0.2 (the others are pretty bad). You just need to warp from belt to belt until you find one of those NPCs and kill it. They have a pretty decent tank, and you need more than 300 dps for the harder (in 0.1).
