Will the indus change allow me to haul a higher value in high sec before a suicide gank in a wreathe because it's tankier ? Or will any wreathe be a default target because I would not go for tank without a reason ?
(or will I stay protected anyway because scan shows my haul value stays around 10k/m3 ?)

If you dont fit a tank to your ship, and if you cary 300m+ in a t1 hauler, you will likely be suicide ganked if you come across someone set up to do that. Anything over 250m puts you at risk to dying if the nado happens to be bored and if you read through the thread you will see there isnt any difference from a suicide ganking perspective between the 'tanky' and 'non tanky' versions as they both take 2 nados to kill when tanked, unless you start sacrrificing rigs and lowslots for additional tank and even then its very close.

If you want to haul higher values you should still train industrial 5 and get a Deep Space Transport for hisec as that can be much tankier than the t1 versions, although if you run into more than 1 nado then they are likely sitting there to gank a freighter and will be able to kill you regardless of how much tank you have on your ship.

To be even more safer, make bookmarks at 0 inside stations/gates. Just warping to 0 will at times land you too far away and you will have to slowboat for a second or so, which is enough time to get you popped

none of this solves the underlying problems with neuts or nos's on frigates. It being that their range is utter shite and the cap doesn't get neuted or nosed until the end of the cycle and the activation cost comes at the beginning of the cycle.

Anyone with a shred of small ship game knows how dominate frigates are that fly around at 15km double td range tank and still do damage to you.

The nos change isn't aimed at frigate vs frigate combat at all.

But yeah, long range frigs can be annoying. TDs are still really weak to missile, but missiles are often carried by said range frigs (I hate condors ...).
