Very sexy. Pulse coercer needs fitting rigs everywhere cause it's a difficult fit to do but with those increased stats it should open up some crazy good stuff.

Talk to me about Harbinger composition maybe? I am intrigued even though I haven't been able to even copy your Oracle composition yet.

You're copying our oracle composition? Do you mean the fit or are you actually a guy outside hatchery observing our fleet compositions? Just curious, doesn't really matter either way.

The harbs are a part of a wider Amarr heavy composition designed around range control, flexibility and huge damage projection. They form a mid range longpointing, high tracking, ecm drone platform with a decent amount of tank.

Thanks. I'm a fan of mid-range nano BC compositions. I've been running 720mm 'cane, HML Drake, Recon compositions for ages. Added some Tornados to the mix when they came out, but have been doing a lot of small ship stuff since Inferno.
I've watched Hatch and RANSM kick ass with Oracles on several occasions, but Amarr training is quite rare in my gangs, and the culture doesn't quite promote strict fleet doctrine, but I'm working on it.

Also, what do you do to fix lasers for high tracking? TC's/TE's?

I rarely fight you guys anymore, so I'm definitely asking more in the interest of testing the composition than fighting it, but who knows. Some of you guys seem to have heard how much fun we're having on the Min-Amarr front line these days.

Not use beams? Lasers have crazy good tracking naturally.

You'll want to fit the weapons for which the ship gives you bonuses and that can be fitted on that size ship, so in the case of the Merlin that constrains you to small hybrid weapons. The two major types are blasters and railguns. Blasters are fast tracking, high dps, while railguns shoot more slowly, track more slowly, but have a MUCH larger range and do more damage per hit.
With the Merlin's range bonus and the fact that you are doing missions, you will want to fit railguns for the longer range, so that you don't have to waste as much time flying to each target. Larger railguns (like the 150mm Railgun I) do more damage but require a lot more power and CPU to fit than smaller ones (like the 75mm Gatling Rail I), so your skills will probably be the limiting factor about how many and how large you can fit.
Weapons come in different "meta" levels that provide improved stats at (usually) a greater price on the markets. The names of the different meta levels are here:

I'd recommend starting out super-cheap and going for the basic versions until money is less of an issue, though once you stop losing ships in missions you'll find it worth going for the higher meta levels. Tech 2 are by far the best but require additional skills.
As for what charges to use, there are tradeoffs between damage, range, and capacitor usage. There's a chart here showing the differences:

Others here may have strong opinions about what to use for missions. I don't really know what the best choices are.
