Also, Tofu mentioned something about a clone and such about keeping it up to date, can anyone explain that?
Character Portrait - > Combat Log, to see who did it
For keeping a clone up to date, go to a station with a medical service in it, and upgrade your clone. A clone can keep up to date a certain number of skillpoints, if you get podded and your clone isn't up to date, then you lose skill points. If you only lose your ship and not get podded, you do not have to update your clone (unless your skillpoints go over the clone's allowance in the time since buying it).

Ueberlisk is (indefinitely?) funding a war vs e uni and they can shoot you without concord/gateguns/etc interfereing. I would explain to mechanics of this in detail but I happen to be lazy and will instead tell you to research these mechanics yourself, or ask other members of the hat tree as to how agression/wardecs/gcc and so forth actually work.
Also you cant really 'take revenge' on people. Ship losses happen and you will have to accept that as a new player you are going to die in what later you will see as the stupidest ways imaginable.

Well, how many skillpoints do you have? If that number is below 900,000, then you do, if not, you dont.

Yeah, we had a couple good fights against Rifterlings, and then we worked with them to fight an oracle/hurricane/legion gang and later an EVE University gang. Was a lot of fun, I definitely will be returning to FW space in t1 frigs again. Also, the Condor is amazing.

Spent like 2.5 hours to get .3 sec status back. Still have .5 to go before I can go anywhere in hisec again.
I took a 1.6 sec status hit in that fight. Fucking euni.
