It simply is the 4 races stealing the sleeper technology- and using it. The sleepers specialized is some rather awsome tech stuff, compared to the other anchient races. IE talocan using hyperyeucladian mathematics to move fast distences in extra dimensions, the sleepers had their speciality in an entierly different realm.

I think thats about all you can expect to get out of them

+ Show Spoiler + the sleepers are basically remnants from the original group to come through the eve gate who were tasked with basically ancient gate creation. When the eve gate died they began to split up, some went off to become the jovians and the others went into cryo sleep while having all of their minds linked in a sort of virtual reality, pretty much the matrix. Most Jovians resented this idea even though they had already begun having issues with the genetically modified selves. Also, all the jovians apparently finished dying off a couple years back in the lore now. But anyways the sleepers are actually sleeping on the structures in w-space, the discovery and harvest of them led to using their implants as the cornerstone for making dust mercs capable of immortality without the need for extravagant pods.

Titans can now lock a maximum of three targets. XL turrets have had their signature resolution set to 2000m. Capital Turrets that are fitted to titans now have a new damage-scaling attribute; targets with a signature radius smaller than this size will take reduced damage from these turrets. This does not apply to dreadnaughts. Siege modules have had their tracking penalty removed. Vanguard and Assault Sites have been revamped with the following changes: NPCs have been grouped into waves and groups have been randomized; this will prevent blitzing and increase the random element within the sites. Spawn triggers moved from individual NPCs to the group as a whole. Lowered the rewards from Vanguard sites by 10%.

Team Liquid has killed on average, roughly 14,305 crewmen... this month. And by all estimations, it seems to be a fairly slow month. (And that's only on Combat ships, excluding any industrials) Last Month, you racked up a body count of over 35,000. I just wanted to let you know... you murderers.
