This distinction between the factions seems cool at first but it might lead to an imbalanced server population, people in general have a hard time playing evil/sinister characters. WoW had it differently with two neutral sides. It will be interesting to see how it plays out. I had this problem in beta myself with my Sith Warrior . Now with my Bounty Hunter not so much . Since questing with a Bounty Hunter doesn't feel like actually really beeing e involved in anything i have no problem with random killing most people especially the ones actually beeing involved with the 2 factions since i don't really care who wins and who survives on both side with my BH. I'm just there to crab money and completing my classquest ^^.

How dare they take the game down for a couple hours before it officially launches to fix any bugs and get the servers running optimally! I'm not re-subbing to this piece of trash game!

So I think we are all getting screwed...

I enjoy party play but Im over MMOs and the grind fest or the raid fest. So just strictly solo play (sure I will do instances but only for fun) is this worth the cash? Poll: Is this worth single player payment? Yes but you should do party quests (17) Yes dont even party (2) Its ok but you need groups to have fun (0) If your not raiding your missing out (0) 19 total votes Your vote: Is this worth single player payment? (Vote): Yes dont even party

I'm not re-subbing to this piece of trash game! Its not couple of hours , unless with couple of hours u mean like 7+ genius. Also for whoever played wow at launch , remembers the excitement playing from release for a day full , it was immerse and fun it isnt now. fyi its not random that most games come out at 12 o clock and you can play them at that time for the whole world and not u.s timezone only. It will be 5:30 - 7:30 morning here . Also even if it screwes u.s as well its un acceptable not to have a separated european center for these matters Also have anyone bother to take a look at their customer support forums , we talking for unrealistic errors with subscription i mean who the f@#$k design it. As for the lack of world pvp im surprised ( yea mot of us if not all in beta kne that pvp wasnt their primary objective ) but none suspected the lack of rewards after release or the buggy clumsy warzones. I am very sorry that im not a proper fanboy to see everything perfect but thing is in 2011 with the current financial crisis YOU SHOULD BE MORE and i mean way way more competitive if you want to capture the market and bioware just isnt PS is blandly obvious that they did that on purpose so not all of subscriptions try to log in at the same moment. I guess they feel it will crash fyi

Swtor should have had a seperated european department like all mmorpgs have. Having maintance on release date ITS THE WORST , THE WORST thing someone can do. On top of that the maintenance is in u.s time zone thus screwing europe badly. Second they drop forums at the same time as well. So theirs virtually no info , nada which is absurd as well. The only info som1 can get is from twitter , im fairly sure if bioware was running that it would have been down as well , which btw is full of complains like " i cant login " etc etc. The most hillarious is that their customer support blows ( well that was to be expected) and some guys are getting the " you have to call support" message , even if that can cost them hundreds of euros cause its not free apart 3 countries woot. Furthemore the game it self is still feels beta esp the pvp which blows ( you dont get rewards from open world pvp how retarted is that ) awfull warzones - they should effective , immediately remove "huttard" warzone Overall disappointed , in no way i see this been the next big thing or anything remotely close to it first off from their crap of launch and their incompetent support team. Secondly because they screwing pvp majorly ps : o gl getting in with 2-3 hours queues , im sure i wont be resubing anyway. ps 2 : i can see blizzard laughing somewhere ' /sigh this post... i don't even know where to begin Edit: I'd like to point out that lets just count the end of maintenance as the release... you're still getting to play 3 hours before when cataclysm dropped.

At least on the server I'm on republic seems badly outnumbered and pvp q's are instant. Not that I mind that.
