You know what's annoying?(and this happened to me TWICE yesterday) is dropping someone low, having them escape, and THEN GET LAST HIT BY THEIR TEAMATE TO AVOID GIVING ME THE KILL. I didn't even know that was possible up until yesterday.

Actually the melee change is almost 100% going in. Nome has said so on his blog. Also 128 range is the range of many melee champions currently (Fayde, Tremble, Magmus, Dev, etc.).

Cool. Not trying to rally it being fake really, just sounds fake to me. I usually steer clear of game forums, so I'm never very well informed.

New kongor position has been talked about for awhile actually...pretty sure that's going in

The secret shop changes seem a bit odd to me as I thought that one of the key elements of the mid to late game was knowing when your opponents want to use the ss and picking off people in places including there.
Having an observatory there would I guess do a similar thing, but not entirely sure how that would fit in.

What would make you think that you cant triple up neutrals anymore? I assume you mean the creep leash time makes it more difficult to triple stack, although its still possible with boots/tablet or pk?

because I just spent an hour testing it and you can't triple up any singular neutral camp. you can stack 3 camps at once with items, that's easy, but you literally cannot triple up a single camp. the new leash time makes triple pulling legion jungle without items or magic as far as im aware not possible (I couldnt do it with post haste) the new timing for pulling is :52 though you can probably get away with more on some creeps/camps. hellbourne weak double is still doable aslong as it isn't the damn healer easy camp (at night, not sure if range attack times is too much)

probably not intended since its not in patch notes, happened 2 times before, last time in february. Hopefully theyll fix it with a hotfix in the next few hours.

I'd prefer if this stupid game actually functioned over getting new patches with 3000 coin alt avatars. The word "patch" is a misnomer as it connotes some sort of fix. It would be more accurate to call 95% of the "patches" that S2 does "content patches" because most of the time the only things they contain are more items for the shop and occasionally small changes to heros.
During the first week of the DDOS's I was on S2's "side." I felt that they were doing what they could and that their communication lapses and seeming inability to convey information was a one time occurrence.
After three weeks or more of this and HON not once having 100% functionality I've come to the opposite conclusion. It seems S2 is only interested in pushing out as many useless content patches as possible to milk the community. I've never been one of the Dota 2 doomsayers and I still am not, but it seems that S2 themselves are; every move they make seems to smack of haste and a desire to get as much out of the community as possible before the game's demise.
It's very hard to believe in the integrity of a company like S2 when their communication sucks, many of their employees are very young or immature, and there are tons of well-known problems with their employees handing out favors, being rude, changing stats, deleting games (these problems are very well-known amongst the forum-visiting community). Maliken is also more well-known for calling people n.iggers and f.aggots than he is for anything else.
S2 really is a piece of shit company, and it's run by a piece of shit human being.

the new neutral leash time is 5.25 seconds (old was 7), which means that you have to start stacking later to get the optimal distance, not earlier. people say to pull at :53 because it means creeps will start returning exactly when the new spawn is, giving you the maximum possible distance for the stack as a fail-safe. the optimal time to pull now is simply :55 and you have more trouble stacking camps, but it also eliminates some problems like pulling ancients, midlane pulling, double pulling or pulling+stacking at the same time for the most part.
