thats how i would rank the games. Hon and dota is pretty much the same thing. i just think the graphics are better in hon and better stats/ranking system. of course there are some new heros but most heros are just ports. LOL i think it has so many people playing it because its free and all the cool skins/items/heros u can buy make it very casual friendly. competively though its so boring. gameplay is imbalance, and easier. -cant creep deny - cant creep kill effectively since you have so much mages/ warriors - can pick same heros as other team. -dont have all heros if you didnt buy them | ||

So many fail lvl 1 kongs these days. There was a group of Brazilians in TMM who kept trying to do level 1 kong every game but they moved 3 people out of xp range just before he died. The two still in both insta jumped to level 4 and won their solo lanes completely. It probably worked a couple of games for them but its so fucking obnoxious. | ||

I'll just comment on the fact that hon + dota have pretty different play styles nowadays and that the balance + design philosophies have been pretty divergent. Most people I know that play both have said that Hon fights feel faster, and beyond that the crucial items for competitive for hon + dota are pretty different (besides blink / portal key). The two games may feel similar at the pub level but definitely are worlds apart in organized play. | ||

The matchmaking does consider how people are queued. A 5 man is almost always playing against another 5 man. Similarly, if your team has a group of three then their team also likely has a group of three. If you solo queue you end up with lots of different scenarios. | ||

(Vote): Hotkeying 1-0 If you didn't know, you can sell stuff by control+shift+right click. Anything in your inventory anywhere on the map. Moving between inventories is shift+right click. Other common ones are brr-bottle bea-boots brf-stones. And e/r for couriers. I put courier on 2 and shift+ 2 e r to get stuff delivered and back. Just noticed that Testie didn't on his stream and was curious D= | ||
