I chose Bulbasaur since I'm one candy from evolving my high IV to an Ivysaur. Probably switch to Magikarp after that to help with the grind plus its 1km a candy which is nice.

I'm not even mad at Niantic if their decision actually comes to have an impact on the plague that is cheaters. But the piece of crap of Android manufacturers on the other hand... There seems to be a work-around so I'll try that until I get a real phone.

This system is really going to help me out, Geodudes are really rare around me (I've gotten more Dratini's than Geodudes). Finally gives me a good way to get a golem.

It's like they're all inbred or something. I have 1100+ poliwag and 500+ slowpoke candies, but haven't found a single 80+ IV yet. I think it's obvious I'm farming inside a nest so the IV's are limited, but I seriously want to make a poliwrath and slowbro. Anyways I was going to do another mass evolve today, but I decided to hold off. I'm on iphone 5 so I cant do the evolve -> close app trick, meaning I only get about 60-70 evolves. But I'm getting a new phone in a few weeks so I expect I can do 130+ on that, so I think I'll hold off until then. The reason is I want to play without spending any real money, so all my lucky eggs come from gym coins, meaning they're super rare to me. Hopefully what I'm doing makes sense. Also I evolved my second dragonite today! He ended up getting dragon breath/dragon claw which seems to quite good for attacking, so I maxed him out: ![]()

Because the distance I have measured with Google Fitness is 9km today but PoGo has only measured 6 km. it's long been known that the distance tracker for PoGo sucks. the latest update is supposed to have improved it a lot, but depending on factors like how many turns u take, gps coverage etc... u can lose up to 50% of ur distance travelled http://pokemongohub.net/distance-tracking-improved-lot/

With my iPhone 6S I get almost perfect tracking. Each morning/evening I walk or cycle 600 meters to work (not a straight line), and my app will count the full 600 meters if I go by foot, 400-500 when I cycle. The client pushes your location to the cloud every minute, then every ~4 minutes the servers calculate the distance between these points (in a straight line) and updates your app accordingly. Clearly some meters will be lost if you're not walking in a straight line, but updates every minute ensure this should not be a big loss. Not sure why Google Fitness tracks 3 km more, obvs it uses the same GPS. Were you running in small circles? ![]() Edit: Speed limit is roughly 10,5 km/h as well, so if you were jogging it won't have counted everything.
