1 - Price tag. It is ~35$ in my country which is better than somewhere else but still cost a good amount for a game that I am not sure I will enjoy. 2 - Slow mechanics. I am not on the side of high apm but the game feels(from streams) so slow. I know this game has a different focus but I feel it can be a little faster. Is it boring?

It's not as slow as it looks and frankly Bikerush is a pretty terrible streamer (watch someone else and it is much more interesting). You are generally always doing something, same as StarCraft, it's just you sit with your army much more that you sit with your macro structures. Worth the money, definitely - I haven't seen too many people who bought it who actually don't like it. I understand when people from poorer countries don't have money, but when did $50 for a game become expensive? I've always considered it standard price.

I guess it will be enough for me, because, honestly, SC2 is too much in my age. I'm just not as fast as I was in my teens/early 20s. Grey Goo seems to be the right answer. I'm waiting for the pricetag to fall to or beyond 30€. I do think the game is worth the full AAA price tag, because it feels and looks like a AAA title worth that money, but I simply cannot justify such an investment in an entertainment product at the moment.

Also I enjoy Dota(free) and CS:GO(abnormal cheap in steam sales, you feel like you rob Valve) so I spend most of my game time basically without any additional cost. I am %100 comfortable to pay if i know I enjoy the game. There is no way to understand it without piracy(I don't do it anymore). When price range is equal or less than 20$, I convince myself better to blind date with a game. Finally, this game is on steam which will be "steam-sale'd" eventually. Should I wait until summer? Probably miss some honeymoon period. Multiplayer life span of this game is questionable imo.

Probably the moment steam sales and humble bundles started appearing. At the moment, i find it very hard to justify buying a game at launch. There is a high chance that i will get the same game in a better state later that same year for a quarter of the price. And i already have a backlog of games that i still need to play. For 50€ , i can either get one new game, or 10+ good games that are a year old. Thus, buying at launch is something i pretty much only do for exceptional titles. I guess it would make sense if you are actually starved for games, but that is a very hard thing to achieve with the amount of good games getting released each year nowadays.

As Beta I just spawned hubs on every resource point, got insane resource income and spammed units. As Human I can't find a way to build a second core, so I was pretty much stuck on the first two resource pools, the second already connected on a very long conduit. The balance feels very wierd. Betas can just spam resource buildings everywhere, Goo can split and Humans seem stuck in their first base and have to hope they don't die to enemy numbers, especially after their resources run out.

We from poorer countries just pirated all games before. Now can buy 10-20$ games in sales and such. 50$ was always out of our reach.
