Holy shit this guy seems nuts. Used to play CNC3 with BikeRush and Avilo. That's the most awful thing I can think of.

When HuK has played the game for 3 hours straight. when will these casuals understand what a real progamer is and how far away they are from their skilllevel...

Well Bikerush's ally did basically 1v2 both Huk and Destiny the next game. Safe to say that Bikerush just underestimated Huk and did a stupid strategy. The talent is obviously there, but the game understanding, definitely not.

Though not entirely clear as apparently i can only get one of the three upgrades from the tank add on in the second mission and no others?

Let's give Huk a little bit more credit, he's had the game since release, I know because I played him the day it came out -_- But yea I don't think anyone really took the bikerush guy seriously. He "dominates" games no one plays, so when decent players come over he's not going win, it's not a big surprise.

Also, walls are ridiculously useful. They don't win games, but they allow you to establish map control. Also, they seriously screw up enemy targeting, preventing enemy players from simply attack moving with bombers and wiping out your entire army. They take a while to build, though, and take 10x damage while building. And before I go, I'm not sure I mentioned this before, but Beta air units are impractical. They build one at a time at the Hangar, unlike Human Air units which can be built en masse through Factories. They're pretty bad against Goo because Goo players can instantly build AA which three shot the scout and the fighter (Stratus and Warbird respectively). Nimbuses might be useful later in the game as a sort of Psionic Storm equivalent, but they're extremely expensive and can miss fast moving Goo units.

I'm on overclocked Haswell and a 970, seeing GPU load of like 30%-50%, no CPU core near max. I'm on 144hz screen yet my FPS dips to around 80-100 without that many units around, and it feels like playing with 40-50

There should be quite a lot of Koreans starved for a good old school RTS (that is not SC2 or Broodwar) like in the west. Just think about how many starcraft clones used to be released there back in the day and how the marked looks like today. I think the setting should be quite popular as well. The game needs Korean multiplayer servers though. I can't see Koreans having fun with high pings. Localization would help as well. Today is a different time than back in 98 when people where used to games only being English. And of course they need a different pricing model for the Korean marked where F2P is rampant. Maybe something like a subscription.

AI is doing a better job then expected, but at the same time easy to exploit. But your units can be as dumb. In the end don't exploit the AI weaknesses and you'll probably have fun against it. The story was basically written for my enjoyment lol. I really like how the resource gathering works and the forest mechanic is neat too. And yay that you can turn off Epic units. Can't say if the multiplayer can be balanced, especially due to the huge defender advantage that walls give you, but because of this and the forest its rather hard to just rush over the opponent. I would say it has enough depth to really get into it an try to master it. Might have a to small player base though to be noticed. Tech upgrades are interesting as well. Since you can only get one of three from each area and some counter others its really nice for timings etc. Overall its a really solid rts that adds a few new things and more importantly adds them right. Biggest selling point for me is probably the difference to Sc2. And of course the map editor, even if its just for maps.
