The entire team pushed to the front door of the attacking team whilst a tracer and reaper just ran past them and killed me, the only one trying to defend the point. | ||

Don't go into strats, when you're on the attacking side sometimes your team will just jump in the grinder one by one because they run in respawn and run in again without waiting for the team. If you just say "stop going in guys let's group up behind (the tank) people will tend to listen. People run in the grinder because they all individually think it's pointless to wait because everyone else is jumping in the grinder, might as well go in and hope for the best. But when you give them the possibility to actually play together, even in the simplest of terms, they do it surprisingly often. | ||

If I was smart, I'd play Torbjorn every game. He murders crappy teams like no one else. | ||

Also, Mercy is really frustrating to play with noobs. Like don't rush in without the healer should be ingrained in a mandatory training because people are so stupid about it. | ||

I can't bring myself to play any of the tanks. They're all so not me. I played Heavy almost exclusively in TF2 and enjoy tanking in MMOs but for some reason they're all completely unenjoyable for me in this. | ||

Regardless control points, which accounts for the lion's share of the game, also appear in most shooters. The Battlefield franchise is almost entirely based on them, they're also a thing in MMOs, these are ancient concepts. I think a quite a few more people than you realize are FPS players, there's been such a long drought in the FPS market that people are looking for something to fill that void. If CS:GO isn't your cup of tea there's really nothing out there. I'm not a Blizzard fan in the slightest but I am an old school FPS player and there hasn't been dick out there for me in quite a while. I think there are a whole lot more of me than you realize honestly. | ||
