And this is exactly why I am writing his entire post off as a casual player complaining because he's not overpowered anymore.

It was also OP at 100, pretty significantly OP. http://www.noxxic.com/wow/dps-rankings#630,real,3 Please don't ever got to noxxic.com again. In fact, I would recommend downloading some kind of website blocker and blacklisting it until you wean yourself off using it.

Well generally they have the correct stat priorities/gems/talents/etc because they can just copy that from a better site. But yeah what he said. Anyway I'm glad I went with resto druid this expansion. We're doing well and I'm at the point where heroics are (mostly) a breeze, depending of course on the group. I seriously considered playing shaman again and I'm glad I didn't. Looks pretty shaky which is sad for me D:

I played enhancement in TBC, ele in Wotlk, Prot/arms warrior in Cata, practically nothing in MoP, and now Druid. I really wanted to go back to shaman for this one but I got scared off.

Having a ton more fun with my disc priest then rogue atm although sub can be quite fun. They also seem to take quite a lot of damage as tanks. When I get into heroics I feel like I can snooze though a run with a DK/protadin/prot warrior while I have to bring my a game with a monk and be pretty focused for bears as well. Of course different players mitigate better but still seems Monks get hit hard

I'm not sure if i'm bad right now, i have some very good overall DPS numbers that would be way higher if i used dual wield frost for instance trash etc but for single target dps, it's kinda hard to judge. What's the best HC boss to use as a benchmark do you guys think? Just patchwerk style. Maybe i should use a target dummy

600->710 620->705 Random quest greens -> 650 First of all the values are different from those on the tooltips, and second of all the 600 gear actually scaled higher than the 620 gear. Is this a visual bug, gameplay bug or working as intended? If so, why?

In any case, as a 636 BM monk, I can breezily tank any heroic now, and have completed two challenge modes, though not without a lot of pain. As a 636 MW monk, on the other hand, I can also get through any heroic pretty breezily now, save for a few fights in which the aoe damage really pushes the monk's abilities to their limit (namely the second boss in Skyreach and the last boss of Grimrail). I haven't even tried CMs as a MW, and don't plan to really lol; Monk healing is clearly optimized for raids.

Pretty much all bosses require some form of running around or dodging stuff, hence why hunters are super good as well(and perhaps their numbers are therefore inflated). On a patchwerk fight I might be able to compete with hunters as sub I think but that fight doesn't really exist. The Butcher (first boss in Highmaul) is quite close to a Patchwerk fight, so we'll see then.
