What do you guys think about the ~~slaves~~ followers you can buy for 5k from different faction vendors? They are all blue quality and pretty expensive, so I'm not sure if they're the best choice. It's not like I have a shortage of abilities among my other guys, and spending 5k on a follower just to deactivate them seems like a waste.

I think there is a nice moonkin you can get for 5k gold + apexxis crystals from Ashran. That i like to see stats on. Comes level 100 too.

The only followers i want is Meatball (Brawlers level 5) and the resto druid you get from level 3 lumber mill after you kill the thing 3 times after cutting large trees down.

Yeah i guess. Doesn't take long to farm crystals but i think the way you need to purchase blue item to then save up more crystals to buy the epic version means you should keep yourself a bank

Update on that "dps" balance changes. They are waiting for Raids to come out next week before they even touch them. Want Raid data to make the changes justifiable.

My biggest problem with the 5k gold followers is that they still need 120k xp to get epic, don't have any of the awesome traits (scavanger, epic mount, combat experience) and are hidden behind terrible grind fests (exept the frostwolf one, since you can get revered rep from questing). Seems like a steep price for so little gain.

Depends, crystals gear is seriously terrible for mages for example.

They will be worth getting later one because why not, but atm yeah there' sbetter ways to spend crystals.

How are they going to balance fire and arcane when no mage is going to run them though? Same for demo locks

Yeah i agree Teo. They have molten core LFR and 5mans to balance around surely that is enough to "attempt" before raid is out so they can see them in normal and not effect mythic the following week.

Hmmm, might be a small mistake here from blizzard.

The obvious answer is that they will just buff fire based on sims and internal data (ie give fucking 30% to every spell period), but then they might as well do that now so it's wierd

Got my 680 ring last night, got 1800 resources with 2 100 resource missions that have 100% to complete waiting for me when I get home. Soon I shall have my castle, I still need to do ANY CM at all.

It rotates each day but with only 8 possible options its not unlikely to get the same 2 days in a row.
