Nop, not available there anymore. He only sells the teleport ring to Dalaran now.
Not sold for Honnor points in Orgrimmar either.
They don't drop as random loot in Hyjal or Black Temple anymore as well.
The only way to get them that I found is Alchemy transmutation, Jewelcrafting prospection, or from the bag of gems on Onyxia.

Looking for a good 5th (horde side) for CMs. Ret/DK/WW or a Tank so our war can go glad.
We usually run anytime from 6PM-3AM EST, but will usually know what time everyone is good for by mid afternoon.
Current group is ProtWar/WW/Hunter/Rsham and we have just been pugging a ret. Bare minimum we get bronze times.
3 of us have raided and participated in top 10 world kills and other is a friend.

Fewer nerfs than expected but I dont think some classes got enough help lol. Still, hotfixes, so anything counts I suppose. More changes in the near future I'm sure.
Wonder why they nerfed warrior ability damage instead of the Glad Stance damage bonus. Though my damage even when tanking has still been pretty solid I suppose...
