This cycle almost always repeat. Don't warriors also have a bit of that trend, or was it just WotLK? s5 I remember there was something like only a single warrior got r1 gladiator, then of course by the end (and with Frostmourne) they were ridiculous; they just seem to scale with gear really significantly In cata it was the other way around. Warriors started off strong then didn't scale at all and caster cleaves owned everything.

Not sure if you are talking different aspects of the game right now, PvE or PvP, Ranged dps always seems to do quite well early on in PvE, usually melee classes(with the exception of DKs) have to build up some gear, hence why I am not that worried about being arogue.

hopefully they dont nerf all three plate melee classes before season even starts nothing like wizard cleaves every game every season every expansion

you get a mass applied AoE dot off thunderclap, can spam revenge on cd, and then cleave heroic strike spam is really good
not to mention bladestorm/shockwave are ridiculous aoe tools
i can pull like 30-40k on trash as glad really easily tbh

I hope they bring the other specs up a bit rather than just nerfing Glad, since it's really fun right now. Though I guess just adjusting the damage boost from Glad stance would be an easy way of toning it down rather than messing with the tools/rotation itself

Just wiped for 5 hours in UBRS challenge mode
got last boss to 8%
84 deaths on tank, he took 158.9 million damage
super sad that pandemona was not there with us

84 deaths... that's probably 9 repair bills or 2500g.... ouch
I haven't tried any of the challenge modes before, they sound pretty awesome though.

my group one shot drake bridge boss and zaela on cm mode last night, first two bosses were much harder for us
in cm mode u do not take durability dmg on gear

Yes there is no durability damage or loot in CM's
tempted to bring potions, but 140g (pot before pull and during fight) for 70 pulls means over 10k gold per day including flask cost. Nty.
