Also, let a friend of yours send you a resurrection scroll if they're still available (actually don't know for sure).
Ty for the replies. Could you tell me how you got a trail + normal wow account? I really don't want two battlenet accounts, or is that the only way?
The recruit a friend program is still active, but frankly I don't know any real life freinds who play WoW nor do I know how the program works ^^

Pretty sure that scroll of resurrection was discontinued because it's kind of pointless with the lvl 90 boost.

No, not recruit a friend, that's different. There's something called "Resurrection Scroll", that somebody can send you, i think.

Fail on my side, it got removed. Meh.
For the starter edition, in your bnet-profile thingy, where you have all the subscriptions etc, there's the starter edition ("play for free") - i just clicked it, and went through the process.

Awesome. Ty a lot guys :D Sorry for all the questions
Edit:....so since you guys where helping anyway: when I try to log in with my starter account it says it needs to be converted to a battlenet account and links me to my battlenet and asks for a gamekey. Which I don't have. Also no key in the mail or something. \
Edit edit: figured it out ^^ you need ot log in with your normal account, the chose the starter account.

I have the option to add a free trial to my bnet account but that is with a running sub. Are you sure its not there under your games in account management?

I read lots of advice but they are really different each time.
- So we are two people and can be one on left and one on right so... no barell roll. - 1ice mage, 1 elem shaman. - We understand that you need 9stack on the elem to get a plate to get off and then shot the "tendon". - We manage to get one of the metal plate.
But the thing is, it's really hard to get the 9stack on the fight and the shaman run out of mana so no heal and we die (after something like 30minutes).
Does some people know how to 9stack easilly without having tons of mob on our ass ? (cause when we do not kill them, after like 5minutes, there's so much with 2/3 stack that we die from damage).
I think that's the more complicated fight that i've seen on wow. Kill all the tentacles at the start, he only spawns big adds when a tentacle dies, kill all of the big adds he spawns and then wait for 9 bloods to spawn. kill all 9, kill a tentacle, drag the big add through the blood then blow the metal plate up also you should both stand in the middle not on each side. its time consuming but its not difficult at 90. at 85 i dont want to imagine lolol spine is the most difficult fight in t11/12/13 tbh. If you stand in the middle. Deathwing barrel roll didnt roll with us and there was 3 of us. if you have a warlock/hunter/ any kind of pet that seemed to count towards the roll mechanic and he would roll if the pet went to one side or the other

I suspect druids/rogues might be a bit on the stronger side (edit: not just on 90, talking about lower levels), but that wasn't his question i think? Transitionlevels? Maybe i missunderstood. Yeah, you got it right, like before a level 61 would truck a 59 like no tomorrow, same with each new level cap broken, while a 49 vs 47 actually could end up as a decent duel...

I'd bet it's not as bad anymore. Especially not with the -25% damage in PvP.
I actually think, "lowlevel pvp" even across expansions is better balanced as it ever was. Simply because the itemlevels through the expansions (lvl 59 with vanilla stuff vs 61 with bc stuff) rise, but the weapondamage is now linear, where it was kinda exponential before.

One shaman, one mage no pets/elem summoned. We tried that first. After the "movie" we were standing in the middle and then ... "Barrell rolll ! Surprise motherfucker !" and we died :p

After levelling my mage from 63 to 67 today, i'm starting to think that there's a huge discrepancy in "xp-balance". It's kinda dumb to be able to level from 85 to 90 in two hours straight, but 60 to 65/70 takes you three times that much. oO
edit: well not two hours straight, but under three hours

edit: well not two hours straight, but under three hours Over the expansions the development team has had multiple views on how long the level experience should take and since its a waste of time to go back and retweek the entirety of the previous content whenever that vision changes you get a different leveling speed for pretty much every batch of expansion content.

I'm really surprised it takes you so long to get through TBC, it's the fastest part of the proces, except 85-90 after the prepatch. I always breezed through 58-68.

ViperPL, do you mean post patch ? Because XP changed a lot.

Except they basically changed everything anyway, xp-values changed, basically the whole old content was gone over (damage/hp etc to match the squish). They opted for linearity in progression, but kinda missed out on the xp.

I was even more surprised, considering i brought two chars from 85 to 90 over the last 4 days. I expected it to be at least remotely close in terms of leveling speed. :/

Mage, so pretty redundant, and leveling alone because my girlfriend can't be arsed to toon anymore. ^^
edit: i also retreat my earlier statement that lowlvl pvp should be more balanced now, after getting buttfudged all day by ferals today. While leveling (partially without deepfreeze even), absolutely zero chance, i didn't even get them to 75% (i have full leveling gear). Missing substantial stuff like instant FFBs etc, whereas the feral has his kit more or less complete at lvl 60.
