Playing a gimped game is lame (for the player as well as the players who aren't close to said player ) and there won't be anything actually lost. Also, this is why you make sure that everything is completely in order before starting a game of Dom . I only got in about 2 hours before the game started, and I did try to change it up before start but I was a bit slow. Regardless, I'll play, but I expect to get annoyed pretty quickly. My SP game makes so much more sense.

Agartha not Abysia lel, stop sandbagging here It's not like I'm afraid of Abysia as Caelum anyways. Lightning AND cold are my specialty. :s Much AN. My predictions: Ulm will try and kill someone before year 2 is out, because it's MA Ulm. Whoever meets him first, GLHF with that.

I'm pretty noob, so don't be surprised if instead i'm the one dying before year 2... also can you guys give some pointers as to what you want to look for in a good location for a fort?

MA Ulm is just extremely effective with just pikemen spam and some Smith support early (with some of the other troops as backup). With the nations we have in the game, you can rush and kill every one of them if you play it correctly. I'm slightly more difficult because of tramplers, but really: just Bonds of Fire and stagger a trample line and then elephants die horribly. And each of them costs 12 of your 10g:23r units. As for everyone else...anyone who relies on sacreds and can't produce them to the same degree as Mictlan (and Mictlan is also susceptible to a rush because I believe their cap is still a palisade) dies horribly to guardians. Now once the midgame rolls about and we start getting magic rolling, MA Ulm probably loses unless you get a large lead, or have the right kind of pretender to execute a strat. Lord Tolkien is OP as shit taking 2 provinces on t2 as Caelum thanks to mercs. The provinces he took have p low income though. Atlantis conquered a province with t0 gem site. Ulm has a rainbow pretender who's currently on site-searching duty Abysia got only 1 candle this turn I think. Could it be their prophet assasin is messing around in enemy dominion already !? And the struggle for ascension to godhood continues...

This is idd Ulm in a nutshell, you need to get an edge early on because it's one of the worst scaling nations in the game. Their troops are pretty sweet but as magic starts becoming more and more prevalent they tend to get countered pretty easily. Iron angels are the coolest units in the game though, so they have that :D

All Agartha guides seem really old and MA Agartha changed quite a bit very recently IIRC. dang I don't think my Pretender titles give away anything lol. Lord of Order and Fountainhead of Order, I went with Order3, who woulda guessed lolol. King of Kings and Great Defender sound like pretty generic titles.
