It goes wood-clay-iron-crop So if i'm 1111-111-1-1111 it means i have 4 level 1 wood, 3 level 1 clay, 1 level 1 iron, 4 level 1 crop | ||

I deleted my account cuz I realized I just couldn't put in the time to actively manage accounts on 2 servers, so Im sticking to just server 4. | ||

Just to give an idea of what i had in mind i'll give an example of some roles that can be played within the alliance: Management: Commander in Chief -> Oversee all alliance operations and activities. 2nd in Command -> Assists the commander in all aspects of overseeing the alliance.Acts in his absence.In times of war works closely with the tactician to command the alliance accordingly. Alliance Development Advisor -> As the alliance changes,grows,and circumstances around it change, it will be neccessary to revise and update the command structure and procedures within the group,this job would consist of revamping the chain of command as neccessary,hearing concerns and suggestions of the alliance and putting forth reports based on the alliances efficiency and overall status. Recruitment Advisor -> Oversee the task of seeking out,evaluating and communicating with possible recruits. Should the said recruit fit alliance requirements of location, population and activity the successful recruit will then be brought to the commander who will place him accordingly within the alliance. Senior Tactician -> Oversee's strategy and logistics of battle plans, punches the numbers and forwards them to the battle commander (2nd in command) who will then make the appropriate action. Assistant Tactician -> works with the senior tactician to lessen the workload of logistics calculations. Diplomat -> Self explanitory,manages all alliance relations with other alliances,monitors alliance forums. Strategic Outlook Advisor -> This job is to see the alliance 12 steps ahead of where it is,what we'll be doing when we're there,and how to best prepare for it in the here and now. Reconnaissance Officer -> Oversee's all scouting operations,puts forth reports accordingly so other members are kept informed even in times of peace. I'll stop now since you guys might not even go for this,but just to give you an idea. Also as the alliance expands we could start thinking about having different villages break into brigades and focus on different objectives,for example certain villages,depending on location and the future intentions of the alliance, could mass produce a certain unit which could then be used to our advantage and compliment the mass production of other units that villages have produced.Targetting according to recon reports as to which villages have a weakness to that unit type,etc. working the nightshift really sucks guys,stay in school..ah who am i kidding,15 an hour to play travian..could be worse ;p | ||
