well looks like im gonna be 1 of the strongest in my are. But wut i dont understand is how some ppl could have a 50 pop village by now. I only have about 32 pop.

They're probably just people who are building up random buildings instead of reosurces, and they will eventually run out and lose their lead. The alternative I think is that they are cheating the hell out of the system by making tons of villages and then building marketplaces in them and sending all the resources from them to one village, where they only have buildings, no farms.

ok, whats a good BO for TT/turtle? I'm thinking all 3 fields -> main lvl 3-> rally -> rax-> 10 phalanx ->lvl 5 cranny -> rax lvl 3 -> acad lvl 3 -> blacksmith 3-> acad 5 -> stable 3
Is that a good plan or should I do it differently?

I dunno how much res it takes to tech up to TTs, but I would get more phalanx to help your income while you tech to TTs. You should also get an embassy around the time you get a rax to deter raiders. With an embassy, you shouldn't need a cranny.

Get 50 phalanxes. Then get TTs, which isn't that expensive to research if you have raiding income. Crannies, meh.

Its okay, just upgrade your clay and iron once or twice each and your equilibrium shall be partially restored.

edit: how is your production so good? Mine is at
Wood: 24 per hour
Clay: 28 per hour
Iron: 20 per hour
Crop: 17 per hour

Then again i have a lot more clay/wood/iron and i have to wait for crop so i can up my next field.

I'm getting a L2 iron upgrade, then teching to rax. Should get at least 5 swingers before day 7. Since you'll have extra crop at the start, I think I started with clay-wood-clay-crop-iron-clay.. and had low crop, then only recently boosted crop back up.

You'll probably get 2 more swingers max before raiding starts, isn't that like a 3pool build? :/

I can get rax up by 3:00 on 14-03 with 28-28-21-11 production, which means I have 48 hours to make my swingers, so isn't this better?
