Its the same shit as in BF3. Are they making the Vanilla-Maps bad to sell the DLC/Premium? Zavod 311 is by far my favorite map of all, not too much air and alot of nice guerilla fights. Flood Zone and Goldmud Railway are pretty terrible. Flood Zone is abusable as shit (Snipers/Helicopters) and Goldmud is just a Vehicle Only Map dominated by Air-Abusers. The rest are 'meh' but some of them are just terrible for specific Modes (try Obliteration on Operation Locker or Paracel Storm) | ||

EDIT: Don't press Tab to see the scores when you respawn; I think that's what's crashing my game. EDIT 2: Figured out the problem. Do NOT press anything as your screen darkens while you respawn. It doesn't matter what; the game will crash. | ||

Worst part is that the last checkpoint is the credits, so you can't restart the last mission. | ||

How will this game play on a GTX 570, anyone with the same card knows this? I have 8gb of ram and a i5 2500K. System is not OC'd at all but my motherboard would allow for it. How much do you think is possible? | ||

On shit like 64 player domination or operation locker and in general just normal servers that aren't bugged to have magazine pools for reloads instead of ammo pools, supports are largely unneeded. However on servers with fewer players, possible access to endless C4, and ammo boxes for rpg's etc. they become a lot more important when people aren't dying every 10 seconds before they ever get a chance to run out of ammo. | ||

Any competitive type of setup is probably still unlikely to have anyone play anything else but assault, unless they end up nerfing assault rifles to not have the best overall weapon stats. | ||

That's correct, since Assault rifles will have the best overall weapons stats. Another advantage of the Assault class competitive setups is the healing/self-healing/revive mechanic; this allows assaults to recover damage quickly and save tickets. Healing and revive will always be in demand during any gameplay. The only way to not get Assaults picked all the time is to play on vehicle maps, but that leads to people picking Engineer over Assault and hiding behind vehicles. Support and Recon are limited in their roles with their equipment, unless you decide to limit Assault/Engineer to have only 2-3 clips per spawn. | ||
