0-9 is pretty basic i suppose 9-24~ you can always jump below the first spike with a double jump. 15~-19 you can abuse the fact that you can jump again after hugging a wall by hugging the things at the end of the level that fall down and double jumping at the end 20-25 pretty basic stuff you can jump straight over it at 20 by using the double jump trick with hugging the wall 26-32~ it's pretty basic stuff jump over the first saw and skip the last plattform for a quick finish 33-40 I think this is when the inivisible wall appears... the first one you have to let yourself fall down jump a tthe right moment for the rest it's simply jumping over it and having good cannons GL :3

I gotta use the "hugging the wall" trick more, I only used it for 15-19 so far. Edit : 13:41 this morning, getting addictive

Him telling the history of OoT speed running was awesome. I have watched that video 4 times now i think. love the history of the game! Anyone knows of any similar videos, where the history of running a game is being told? We do a short section on history in every Game of the Week episode of The Sunday Sequence Break. Unfortunately, very view games have the rich history of OoT. Yes i have been and watched a few videos on the YT channel. But it hasn´t been updated in soo long ! Do you have any other place where you store the videos ? It's funny you should ask, because we have just updated our website with an up to date archive: http://tssbreak.com/ You can also check the twitch archives for episodes as well. Cool beans, thanks man! EDIT: what a beautifully simple website, good job

We much prefer the new "introduction" style to the show. The idea is that you get to learn a good chunk about each game at first and that if you want to learn more, you now have the means to do so. If you check older eps like Legend of Zelda (nes) & GTA Vice City you'll see some examples of heavy depth in episodes. Not really sure what you mean by the second part of your sentence though.

Honestly that's probably one of the best things about speed running is how intimate you become with the game. It's almost like a relationship there's give and take. If it isn't cruel there is no development into new strategies or routes to tame the cruelty. It's a cycle, or at least should be until you enter the realm of going for frame perfect

CoM doesnt pass its last major reset point until nearly an hour in sadly ![]()
