In addition, what is good capture software? The software which came along is crap and a search on the internet showed several options however none really seemed solid.

I don't have experience myself with Easycap but there is a guide on SDA that might be worth looking into. https://forum.speeddemosarchive.com/post/complete_creating_sda_acceptable_videos_ezcap_guide_.html

Also there's a Easter charity marathon going on, has some pretty unusual games on the schedule (ZombiU! It also had Borderlands 2 and BioShock).

I use an EasyCap follow the guide that Flicky posted, the only difference is I use AmarecTV instead of virtual dub because getting virtual dub to do live output is a royal pain in the ass.

Unfortunately, very view games have the rich history of OoT.

Im personally doing super meat boy any%. Going to be super competitive with atleast 15-20+ people able to get sub 23 minutes. Look out for Dingodrole to take 1st, very consistent player who just recently hit sub 20 mins this week. (19:51). My goal is top 4 for the season.

He is at the shadow temple, 3:35 ahead right now, and still going flawlessly, if he keeps this up for the ~30mins remaining, this time will be very hard to match
