Yeah, he is gathering his ghetto neighborhood vatos, they are driving in their lowriders blasting mexican gangsta rap to E3, and robbing Rocket at gun point of his stand alone alpha build. Then they are releasing it to the public, they really are a 21st century Pancho Villas. Now on a more serious note, I think that pre E3 tweets and calm is to flood us with information for next month so Rocket will get us of his back. We will be watching hours of poor quality, shaky cell phone videos from behind players at E3. Reading countless interviews and they get another month to work on alpha. | ||

on a side note... who saw E3's The Division? Looks like DayZ crossed with Battlefield gameplay... seemed fucking awsome. | ||

FPS cant be played by PC and by cosoles simultaneously, the PC users will always have the advantage, a mouse simply gives WAY better control/accuracy than a controller. And maintaining 2 seperate servers/worlds would be a massive pain in the ass. I have already pre-ordered my PS4, so I am not too upset about it being console only... Will still have DayZ on my Pc... if it ever releases. | ||

idk if they have a mouse hookup? idk but even then 99% of people wouldnt want to use a mouse/keyboard because playing console's is more enjoyable without hunching over a keyboard/mouse | ||

GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1; GPU_DetectedFramesAhead=1; Values ... my grafics card is a AMD Radeon HD 6800 , should be good enough, right? 8GB RAM, AMD Athlon II X4 640 Processors :O Is my stuff not good enough? What can I do? damn.... I remember someone posting his Graphics Settings in here, i think he did multiple ones, they worked good for me back then I think, cant find it anymore though it was so long ago... Can any1 help me? :< | ||

If you take this into account, 120-150 slots servers, every single zombie, loot spawn etc, it puts even right now (it's somewhere in the video) a major strain on a server. Imagine vehicles, bases, more guns etc. What I am wondering is how much will a server like that cost to run privately (connected to a hive ofc), I would imagine 100$+ per month as a veeeery conservative estimate. No one asked if they will bring dedicated servers, which I think is important considering all this. After all, it will no longer be a free mod. | ||

Personally I run a 3960x Processor, 32GB of Quad channel ram, 580 gtx and still get bad fps issues from time to time. My advice to you is to turn off the grass and shadows. If turning down or off those settings don't help try looking around for different video configurations. Long story short the game isn't really optimized at all, so good luck on finding a fix that works for you. | ||

Basically as i watch it i literally sit there thinking "this is DayZ... the tv show" idk which came first or which influenced which... but in one session, i watched them raid... a church, a hospital, a school, military and medical tents... i was like "this is just like the game!" especially when they begin using Flairs as distractions/bait for the Walkers.... was like "holy shit ive done that!" lol idk its just funny imo | ||
