The faith spells are cool but worse than the others, although Wrath of God is probably its saving grace. I still like to throw out some Emit Forces though. I might switch it out from WoG, Emit, Sunlit Blade to WoG, Anti-magic coat spell, Sunlit Blade. Although I'm going to do NG+ pretty soon I think so I can get Darkmoon Blade.
Still though, I'm level 90 at the moment with 40 dex 30 faith. My endurance is really low but I like my current equip so I don't really need to spend points on it. I could bump up my faith but because it's hard to actually land hits apart from a WoG, seems a bit pointless. It might be nice for a little extra damage on the weapon buffs and for my Darkmoon bow so I'll have to see.
Waaaaaa I don't want to get rid of Emit Force.
It doesn't. Also I would bump endurance until you're at 40 of it (I think that's max). Then decide what kind of build you want to go and just spend every point in that stat.

I'm really starting to get pissed of with the game, still stuck at Smaugh and Ornstein. I get summoned, we win the battle, I get one humanity. I reverse hollow, wait for someone's summon sign to appear, and here comes random douchebag#4566 invading me and killing in in one strike. How I hate backstab.

I honestly just pull out my ethernet cable if I don't feel like pvping, just wait for LIVE to tell you it can't get a connection going and you can play in offline mode.

What do you mean by "disappearing"? When you enter another subzone of the area, then the sign will be removed automatically (these subzones are the parts of the area that are cut off with fog when you are in another world as a phantom).

Yes, every area where a summon is possible is limited to a certain point, once you pass that point your summon sign will disappear, you're gonna have to wait by it.

Which happens to be one of the worst parts of the game IMO. The multiplayer is weird enough as it is, but it's so punishing. Say I want to get summoned for the bell gargoyle boss... I have to sit my ass by that church for 10-20 minutes, doing nothing. If the game had a "proper" matchmaking, it would suck for immersion, but at least you wouldn't have to sit around being bored... and if it allowed you to place a mark anywhere then do other things, you wouldn't feel so locked down.

Well the thing is I need summons to help me out, as I can't take them out on my own. Still haven't figured out how to successfuly dodge the Smaugs running attack where he sweeps with the hammer at the end. Sometimes rolling towards him works, sometimes not. Sometimes I manage to dodge to the left, but sometimes it hits me.

Just hide behind one of the pillars. Even when they are broken, you can't be hit through them.

If you still have the butterfly soul. Look up how to make the crystal shield. That weapon alone (yes it's a weapon) will destroy both of them.

That shield was nerfed hardcore ages ago, it does like 150-200 damage per attack.

what I did was I was running rounds in the space between the pillars and the wall. Smough is slow so what happens is Ornstein comes charging at you with his flying attack you can evade this fairly easy with a roll or just block him but I'd advise you to roll or sidestep. When he did his charge you have time to get 1-2 hits on him with a spear or halberd. After you did those hits immediately roll back and get distance again. Keep an eye on Smough the whole time, he will try his charges but because he is so slow he will try to cut your way through the middle of the room and most likely crash into one of the pillars. Never ever try to block Smough, it costs too much stamina jsut roll back. also if you dont have a decent spear get the Crystal halberd it is in one of the chests to the right or left of the first bonfire in anor londo. The fight is all about patience dont try to rush one of them it wont work. Methodical and patient play is the key to victory.
Aaaaaah. After spending the day being trapped in the Painted World, I decided to give Smough and Ornstein a try again. Got both of them pretty low, and hesitated because I wasn't sure which one I wanted to kill, and got a hammer in the back of my head, oh well.
