With ME3 DLC controversy the above quote would be true

Imoen would probably be a DAy1 DLC.

Vampires were kinda the easiest enemies in the whole game when you new they were coming and you used certain spells? ---> Negative Plane Prtection ---> Sunbeam or Fake Sunrise or whatever it was called (from Clerics and the Daystar sword)... ---> Loot.

I really hate to manually cast this on anyone everytime when i replay it nowadays ^^. Seriously, you want to have this up in nearly all serious fights anyway and the game just gets 100 times eayer once your cleric(s) get enough slots to cast it on (nearly) everyone... I don't know how often i was like: "Ok, attack". Dead... Fuck forgot Chaotic Command -.-

Atari's announcement was so useless. Who gives a crap about a pong challenge. "big" announcement indeed... I think they never wanted to do anything special with BG and they are just teasing because of the rumors swirling around right now.

Yeah, they weren't hard at all. Even without negative plane protection, vampires are easily killable. It's just the annoyance of having to refill your spellbook afterwards.

Those brain devourers were my nightmare even after a lot of runs....what is chaotic command Are you kiding me ? I never use a spell on thoses. Equip Crossbow, flings and bows and they were falling like flies. They can't even move. (i mean equip bows on ALL of your characters). It works really well on vampires too. I used to solo them with a mage. Cast Mordekain sword, cast improved haste on sword, eat popcorn while sword kills them all :D This works really well too. I find the rock shadows (hope it's called like that in english) a lot worse because they move really fast and hit SOOOO hard. I finished this game like 20times. Did a lot of class and character combinaison and each time i play the game i find new quests, items and situation. Baldur's gate II was sooooo awesome. Maybe the best RPG game ever created.
