They've played four teams that can really pass the ball, and they're 2-2 in those games. Denver put up 330 yards on them, 2 TD's, and almost came back in that game. They got caught early on with some big plays, but Denver's D adjusted and slowed the Texans down a lot in the second half. Green Bay absolutely wrecked them on Sunday Night Football. Rodgers went for 338 yards, the Texans never had a chance. Chicago, the Texans look awful in the spotlight again, granted, the Bears were playing much better football (especially D) at this time. Detroit put up 441 yards and 2 TD's on them, and barely lost that game. They beat themselves as much as the Texans beat them. Tonight, Brady and the Patriots light them up again (Monday night this time). Brady goes for 296 and FOUR touch downs. Other notable games: Chad Henne throws for 354 yards and 4 TD's; Jake Locker throws for 309 yards, but also three INT's. It seems that if JJ Watt isn't getting pressure early, there isn't another player on the defense that can step up and apply pressure on the QB. Stopping Watt isn't very easy, but if a team isn't having to double and triple team him, focusing all their efforts in his direction, it seems like no one else is able to step up. That doesn't bode well for the playoffs when he'll be going against the best O-lines the AFC has to offer. If I knew exactly what the problem was for the Texans, and how to fix it, I wouldn't be posting here with you guys, so I'm not suggesting I have the answers, or even that I have the right thing pegged as the problem. But, I don't think it's coincidental that they've been absolutely wrecked in two of their prime time games, and in the other two, they looked incredibly mediocre (Jets/Bears). There's something this team is lacking when it comes to handling pressure, or so it would seem.

Also playoff time in fantasy football (at least on NFL.com). Both my teams are 10-3 and secured the #1 spot with both of them. I'm a bit worried about my second team, as it doesn't have such a strong roster. Also some awesome games coming up in Week 15. Looking forward to: 49ers at Pats Colts at Texans Broncos at Ravens Buccs at Saints Giants at Falcons Packers at Bears and Steelers at Cowboys somewhat

I'd love to see Andrew Luck's legend grow by beating the Texans both times and winning the AFC South. Could be very possible, especially if what SweeTLemonS says about the Texans struggling with good passing attacks is true.

This team is much improved over last year's squad but are still a long way away from real contenders. They have lost to almost every quality opponent they have faced, except for Green Bay, and when they win they do it by 3 points. It's amazing what they have done with only a year and Andrew Luck, but if they meet up with the Broncos in the playoffs, they will get embarrassed. I don't really see a potential playoff matchup where they won't get embarrassed.

If you going to crucify the Colts for not beating anybody and losing to all the quality teams, except for Green bay, and predicting an utter domination by the Broncos should they meet because of that. You might want to look at who the Broncos beat and who they lost too.

The Broncos have lost to Atlanta, Houston, and New England, which all occupy the top 1/2 seeds in their respective conferences, by a margin of 6 points, 6 points, and 10 points, respectively. A loss is still a loss, and they will need to be able to beat those teams if they want to go anywhere in the playoffs, but they were all relatively close games. The Colts have lost to Chicago, Jacksonville, NYJ, and New England, by a margin of 20 points, 5 points, 26 points, and 35 points. Losing to Jacksonville is bad enough, but getting crushed by a middling Bears team, a terrible Jets team, and embarrassed by the Patriots put them on par with the Broncos? And that is just their losses, their only win against a quality opponent came against the Packers, when they won by the 3 points. Their average margin of victory is less than 6 points. The team is just not that impressive, and has come out on top in enough close games to be a playoff team. Props to them, because the team this year looks nothing like the team last year, but they have a long way to go. My point was just that don't expect an epic showdown between Peyton Manning and his former team...I would expect him to stomp them easily.

Both teams are remarkable for their ability to field relative unknowns and then get them to perform well in the system...and they have something special when it matters. And their staffs just put together good games. I mean, I still think a Broncos 49ers match is very possible but I wouldn't be that surprised to see a rematch of last year... Nope not me. 49ers vs someone for sure.
