Is pretty worthwhile if you wanted in the beta and didn't get in. Any aur spent is refunded back to you at the end of the beta.
While none of the aurum gear is technically better than in game isk gear, aur is used to also by the skill boosters, which are really nice and the closest we get to p2w, whether or not available for launch at some point we have the option of buying them for isk from people who paid cash for aur to get them.
Can't talk about exact subject to change price, but they're pretty cheap dollar wise.

I can't wait to see Dust corps used in the large nullsec campaigns.
As far as I'm concerned, that's where the real meat of Dust 514 is, not the pesky highsec auto-match making fights against AI (because really, what's the purpose of that? >,>).
Been on/off EVE player for 7 years or something, so being able to be an infantry grunt on the PS3 excites me alot.
I really hope the command structure is gonna be good, that'd be the best part ^^
Sons of Korhal is a nice name by the way, sadly it sounds a bit too much Minmatar for my taste :l

Are any TL members currently playing this together? Seems like the op hasn't been updated much considering a lot of people are in the BETA. Also the Mercenary Pack goes live today for $20 and grants BETA access among other features.

I do need to update op, been busy irl, and it's often hard to separate the Nda covered stuff without be rewatching all the footage released to filter out what I can and cannot say. I'll sit down Saturday and clean it up some though.

Yeah I understand. I was referring more to maintaining an updated list of players etc so we can add each other and have people to play with etc. I'm also curious as to what everyones level of involvement plans on being for this as far as an organization and being tied to the hatchery etc. thoughts on an actual website for discussion and what not. Sorry I'm just OCD.

The Servers are only up Thursday 11:30 GMT- Monday 11:00 GMT with a half hour daily downtime.
Servers will be up tomorrow, July 4th.
It's interesting that they turn them on for US holidays, like Memorial Day & Independence Day, but not for any other nationality, for example, The Queen's Jubilee.

I'm tempted to buy the merc pack because the game looks really intriguing and I wouldn't mind supporting CCP + getting an early look at the game, but not sure. Trying to save money at the moment, and $20 is enough to get an older full-release game on PSN.
I played Slay for like an hour and a half tonight, though -- actually found it really fun, took me three or four complete ass-kickings to kind of get the hang of it and then have a clean win. Apparently the first map is quite hard, though -- I was reading some people saying the second is much easier, but haven't tried it yet. Actually felt damn good getting a win, though -- not easy, but it gives you some interesting options for strategy.

Much appreciated, I'll try using the top one -- PSN is back up after maintenance, but the PS Store is down, so I haven't been able to enter it yet. There's a ton of keys floating around on Reddit, too, if anyone is looking for a few more.
Edit: PS Store back up, used the top one and got it installing now, thanks a bunch ^^ Looking forward to trying it out, but hard to imagine what an Eve-like FPS will be like. I'll definitely be giving it a good run through tonight, though, hope to get shot by some of you there :-)
