Also, is maxx c main deck worthy? After trying it out in a few games, imo its only really good for a few matchups. I find that I can't find the space in my main deck. Best way I think to get RL cards in YGO is to get a Starter/Structure Deck that covers those harder to get cards.
Maxx C can be main-deck worthy, as this card either stops your opponent's special summons for a turn, or gains card advantage if the opponent continues with his plan. Space for this card can be an issue, because there are cards that you want to run. For me, I never tend to draw the Maxx C when testing, so I always leave it on the side board.

I buy pretty much all of my cards from TrollandToad.com and StrikeZone.com. (Hopefully this doesn't count as advertising? Remove if so.)

I thought that Maxx "c" fell out of favor due to the fact that when it is most powerful (early game), newer top decks don't mass summon as previous synchro decks did. I could be wrong. I don't main it in Dino Rabbits on DN. I find Veiler to be a lot more useful (and can bust out that catastor whenever I need it).
Also, check to see if you have any local card shops/trade shows-esque type things in your area. Epspecially for staples such as MST, Dark Hole, Heavy Storm, Monster Reborn, etc, since you can get used copies for real cheap (I snagged myself a really beat up copy of Monster Reborn for 25 cents.). Unless you care about quality, as long as the card is genuine, it is tournament legal. An MST is an MST regardless of rarity.

All of it can be read here: http://www.konami.com/yugioh/articles/?p=3799But what it basically says is that what used to be called TSIP (Turn Summon igntion priority) is completely gone, and the term 'priority' is gone as well. Some relevant examples: You used to be able to summon Rescue Rabbit and banish it immetiately with its ignition effect before your opponent had the chance to respond to it. Now, with this ruling change, your opponent will have the oppertunity to respond with cards such as torrential tribute or effect veiler (and thus negating it's effect) before rabbit's effect can be activated. These news are really big for competitive play and will change a lot of how the meta works. Rescue rabbit will surely step down a notch and decks such as heroes will step up. For me, it's very positive news. The day has finally come where the TCG rules follows the OCG ruleset. This is going to be hard for TCG players to get used to with calling priority on certain cards, like Stratos.
Wait, what? You realize that Stratos is a Trigger effect, not an Ignition effect, right? Cards that say "When this card is (Normal/Flip/Special/whatever) Summoned, you can..." are completely unaffected by the change.

Macro counters them really well but kinda dies to Dino rabbit.

I would buy them from trollandtoad.com or alterrealitygames.com (the ladder is my home store so I'm biaded towards them)
edit: It's worth noting that it's about to become maindeck worthy again with the advent of hieroglyphics and geargia karakuri's. The problem is that those decks are so fast, they just kill you so hand adv is meaningless.
edit2: Twilight dragons are good but when you ask how to beat them what do you mean? Do you want a maindeck that matches up well? Do you want to know what sides/maindeck choices to make? what deck are you piloting atm?

Now that Ignition effects cannot be used in response to a summon (or any non-chain starting action), Bottomless Trap Hole works great against dragons. Actually, it works great against a lot of stuff. I'm running 1/1 Warning/Bottomless because it's so useful at times.
Also, for anybody worried about Geargis being great once Return of the Duelist is out, you shouldn't worry too much. I've been playing almost non-stop against a friend using Evols, and Macro Cosmos seems to destroy their combo potential (Big Eye is useful, too). I haven't played against Hieratics yet, but Macro hurts them as well, I believe.

Try TrollAndToad.
Yes you can main Maxx C. I do in Dino Rabbit and i can always find a way to get atleast 1 draw back from it. It also obviously shits on Wind-ups. The best way to get to know if it fits in your deck or not is just trying.

wow twilight dragon seems so broken: lightpulsar + darkness metal = sort of an infinite loop darkpulsar dragon can get red-eyes darkness metal dragon with wyern. I find the 3 lyla and the 3 ryko very strong against the macro monsters too. The deck just seems to have too much synergy.

Also, macro might slow down hieratic mildly. But most of them time not enough.

Do not buy from troll and toad :/ they are almost always the most expensive source to buy from. Tcgplayer.com allows for comparison shopping between multiple competing vendors, and generally have the lowest prices, often lower than ebay. On troll, you'd pay 1.99 + shipping for one common mst. Most of the vendors on tcgplayer have it for a dollar plus shipping.
I really don't understand why people still use trollandtoad for anything other than their buylist.

I really don't understand why people still use trollandtoad for anything other than their buylist. Because troll and toad has 99 cent shipping for up to 100 cards and a fantastic selection so you can buy in one place (which also cuts down on shipping) Ebay is usually cheapest when you take into account shipping but charges fees at the end of the month
