Going to be posting a few hundred screenshots in this post, so I'm reserving it for page 25. Give me some time to organize them properly. I will be uploading them in batches, and updating this post as I go.

Prologue: Pre-launch

This is how it all began - with StarDragon making a floating wool building.

A teaser for the server, back before we even had a host machine. I was showing off two of the magic spells for Unicorns. This was when the different classes really started taking shape.

The first fly mod is working (if you define "working" extremely loosely). The Great Tree is being prepared.

Discord says we're ready. Soon, we launch.

Part I: The First Day

A few teasing early shots of the world, hours after launch. Then, night turns to day...

Proof: energycore's spiral tower was one of the first constructions on the server. Oh, and that block? That's the town hall.

Requiem's farm in its original place, with Raelcun's unfinished observatory in the background.
Also, AndyPK made a square cloud with a tree on it. What the fuck, over?

Zounds' place is coming up, and Sam's Rainbow Cafe is in its original spot next to StarDragon's guillotine.
Something is conspicuously missing from the hill in the background.

Sprungjeezy's sky boat hits the build ceiling. Bloodynoob's old farm house can be seen behind the tree.

Jeos' dome is coming in, and in the back, the humble beginnings of Bio's arcane tower.

Camail's Mining Company, the original.

Requiem's farm was the best source of food for the first several hours.

Day one. Less than nine hours in.

Raelcun flew 6,000 blocks with the buggiest fly mod you will ever see to get snow blocks for his observatory.

Twice.

Part II: Waking Up

Part III: The First Week

This was our first splash image. There is no region plugin yet, so monsters could (and did) spawn in everywhere in town, making life interesting for a long time. Torches litter the ground, and the town center is starting to take shape.

Off to take more screenshots!

wurz finds a secluded island and begins work on his own project. He hasn't been in the server for weeks, and we miss him.

Comfy.

The Hole is being dug, and Camail is about to fire up the first lava furnaces on the server.

Interesting new discoveries.

Boy, I wish we had a map of some kind...

Part IV: The Second Week

Another week, another front page splash image.

Aranarth has finished constructing the Community Storage. We still point to it as an example of something that shouldn't work in an online server, but does because our players are awesome.

Camail built the Memorium to the Fallen.

And people wonder why Frek die all the time.

More interesting discoveries.

An early location of Luna's secret stash. Why, yes, that is inside the tree. The secret has since moved.

The Sky Hall is coming in nicely, although it's still in an awkward location.

The finished Town Hall, with the road system finally coming in.

The Memorium to the Fallen was moved to underneath the platform. It remains a fixture to this day.

Ponies, their heads bowed in respectful silence.

And then Frek danced on his own grave.

StarDragon claims another victim.

The platform is finally done. Hearth's Warming Eve is approaching.

The tree acquires further decorations.

Part V: Hearth's Warming Eve

The fireworks start early, as StarDragon does what he does best.

Run into a room full of active TNT, then run out screaming like a girl, causing Ventrilo to erupt with laughter and ridicule

Christmas is ON, motherfuckers!

Last Hearth's Warming Eve, I gave everyone presents. There wasn't enough room for them all under the tree, so I gave one to the community as a whole.

Here's an online album with all the individual gifts, and their contents.

I declare page 25 to be Screenshot Central. Please do your hardworking host the favour of posting any screenshots you have, from old stuff from the server's launch to your most recent creations -- even if it's just one or two.

I would recommend viewing the imgur album because I'm going to post that on reddit now but I'll put the pictures in here for the lazy but they'll be without the commentary

On an un-related note, Thanks whoever updates the Map. I was on the "Pony goon" server for nearly 2 weeks, built so much and not a single thing was added to the map. ^_^

I am but a humble resident of Liquestria but these are some pictures of the things I have made

I did not make the teleporter but thanks to the kind pony who joined them together

inside the rest stop, I try to keep it stocked up with gear and tools, thanks to those who use it or deposit things here!

This is a view from across a small area of water looking towards my home and sugarluna fields, you can see the underwater area and the beginning of the underpass from here.

My front door and front garden!

My bed and workshop area, alot of time spent in here sorting stuff out and smelting after a mining trip, I keep spare buckets of lava in a chest just behind the lava furnace

A view from my tiny orchard that I try to keep stocked up with some apples, many thanks to the ponies who use it and keep it fertilised if i'm not around

A picture of the underpass, a door leads from my house onto the top of it, or you can go around by the small dock area near the sugarluna fields and walk under it through the small bridge

A small ladder to the left as you cross the bridge descends underwater that leads you to my underwater Chillaxation chamber where its quite peaceful just to hang out by myself

Go down yet another hatch from my underwater chamber and you will find yourself in a small garden area underground, i'm still working on this and need to work out how to make water flow as i'd like it to, but i thought i'd post it here anyway.

I am not the most ambitious builder but I really enjoying working on my own little land and home, and thanks to my neighbours for being skilled builders and making the surrounding area of my home look really nice!

So i'm a fairly recent addition to the Minecraft fun, and I dont have any screencaps from the good old days. I dont really take on big ambitious projects, I just build small butt cozy buildings. Except my flaming tower of...flames. Which isnt very cozy. Its also why I build my stuff quite a ways from town! Here are some screencaps of my stuff anyway

So ummm I finally got the block counter to work (endstone makes it error out and not count anything) and uhhh yeah I'll just leave these numbers here....

Okay so a full double chest holds 3456 blocks this means...

I need a little over a full double chest of standstone halfblocks
about the same amount of glass
almost 2 full chests of wool (mostly blue...)
3 and a half full chests of sandstone
5 and a half full chests of cooked stone
9 full chests of stone brick....

I have the lapis I need, the gold blocks arent a problem either.

I dont even remember using stone slabs but it says I used 15 of them... thats probably a misread on the few places where I have 2 sandstone halfblocks on top of eachother instead of a regular block

The steps are sandstone halfblocks as again it doesnt count that right for some reason. But wow thats a lot of materials I better start digging while I work on finding a good place for it to go.

brb digging up 14 and a half full double chests of cobble and cooking them....

Updated "Love & Tolerance" texture pack!

Rael put the finishing touches on this, and it's ready for download. Some changes from the original texture pack:

Iron Armor now looks like the armor of Commander Hurricane
Gold Armor now looks like Celestia's ornaments
Improved wool textures
Bookshelves look less muddy and messy
Stone slabs no longer have the swirly pattern
Ice has been redone
Changed Mycelium blocks to extend the Mycelium texture further down the sides of the block
Ladders aren't orange any more
Clay bricks were toned down
Piston aesthetics
No more scratches on glass / better transparency
Stone brick color was slightly adjusted to go better with other textures
End stone now looks like marble

Everyone who plays on the server should get this, as some of the new changes - especially that of the end stone - are very significant. Besides, it looks genuinely better.

In other news, the 1.1 server is currently uploading and should be done in about an hour or so.
