Talk about controversy. I bet somewhere Sabres fans are foaming at the mouth... That being said, the Stars were still up in the series. I think a more controversial one is the Flames no-goal in 2004, although I still think to this day it is inconclusive as to whether or not the puck crossed the line. As an Oilers fan though, I am inclined to say that I don't believe it was; in any regard it is inconclusive. | ||

I don't know how you would consider the Brett Hull goal not that controversial, it was the Stanley Cup winning goal in triple overtime, not the game(Stanley Cup) winning goal in the middle of the third period. Either way neither of the two teams concern me that much. I mean the league said it was a legit goal after the fact and explained the reasoning anyway. | ||
