I think the thing that really makes the stanley cup special is everybody's name engraved on the cup. Thats honor and legend for a long time. Also note that most of the time what comes up to people's mind is - NFL you win the Superbowl MLB you win the World Series NBA you win the Championship NHL... you win the Stanley Cup. The trophy always seem secondary to the actual event in the other 3 sports. | ||
