I think you're trying to do too much with this build, but a few clarifying questions: 1) Hardcore or Softcore? 2) Do you have an idea of what skill gems you'll be using? Upon first glance, I think you're stretching a little far to get Iron Grip and Blood Magic, for not very much return. It's unlikely you'll get much Strength from gear, unless you tailor to it specifically, and you only get it in the skill tree because you use the attribute highway to get to Iron Grip and Blood Magic. Maybe with a description of skill gems you want it will make more sense, but I don't get the inclusion of Blood Magic. Also keep in mind that you used every single possible point in that build. While it's great to have an idea of what your max level character will look like, you don't want to have to wait until max level to be able to play your character the way he was designed. Take Blood Magic for example. It takes ~20 passive points to get from the Ranger starting area over to Blood Magic by only taking attribute nodes. Not only is that inefficient, but at what point in your character progression will you feel comfortable spending that many points on dexterity/strength nodes? It would cripple you in the early game, and if you wait to do it at level 60+, what's the point? At that stage you are already doing end game, so your build-defining keystones should already be present in your build. If you really want to work Blood Magic into your playstyle, it may be easier to use the Blood Magic support gem rather than going for the keystone. It becomes more difficult to work it in to more than one ability, but I think you'll get a better character as an end result. But those are just my first impressions...people are free to shoot me down if I'm way off base.

The reason is that you can't really have a high crit chance with a bow. Every bow has a base crit chance of 5%, the lowest of any weapon. There are good crit passives, that is true, but even then, it is barely worth investing into (until they rework diamond flasks anyway). If you get Blood Magic, you should definitely grab Resolute technique, and ignore anything related to crit/accuracy. Because you will need accuracy at some point. +30% is ok, +60% is good, but +100% is about what you'd want with a crit build. But, again, without godlike gear crits are not worth it for a bow. Leave the crits to wands, daggers, staves and spells. Oh, and knockback is a bit buggy at the moment. 2- Phase/Acrobatics + Arrow Dodging is really good, but don't overdo it. Evasion Passives are terrible, so concentrate on getting good evasion from your gear, and tons of life. You'll have a hard time getting good resists as a Ranger anyway, so you'll need all the life you can get. 3- Piercing Shot (the 35% passive) is the thing you want in that area. 35% pierce + the support gem gives you almost 100% pierce chance, at which point you don't need fork or chain. This helps to keep your mana costs low, so it is a great option if you don't grab Blood Magic. 4- Physical Life Leech with a bow is also lackluster. The reason is that no bow skill multiplies your physical damage. You also get a lot of elemental damage from gear + quiver, and the best skills (ice/lightning/poison arrow, elemental hit) don't end up dealing that much physical damage. Rain of Arrow gets good at higher levels, but the AoE passive is in the templar tree, surrounded by juicy elemental damage. Split Arrow is also greatly overrated now that chain has been fixed. You might get physical life leech to work with a frenzy build, but frenzy requires either BM or EB as the mana cost is absurdly high. Well, that was way too long. Back to the game !

I have played a lot of online games (D3, Wow, SC2, DOTA) without a problem, but according to the FAQ on their website this is my ISP's fault. So if I call them what do I say? And yes, I've already reset my router and all of that, this is not a wireless connection either. Any ideas? They've been having a lot of server problems and disconnects today so at least for today I think you can safely blame GGG for the dcs and not your isp.
